It has everything to do with it. People are able to plead guilty (and be convicted) even when concerning irregularities exist. If there are concerning irregularities, the fact Flynn plead guilty does not dismiss that like the linked tweet suggests.

They rarely are false pleas. And we went through all this before: the plea bargain is ostensibly judicially acceptable only if there is actual evidence they have committed the crime, to guard against overturn on appeal. Don't want to go through all that again.

Just like other false guilty pleas.
We know for a fact Flynn lied about his Russian contacts. We know for a fact that Flynn didn't disclose that we was a Turkish agent. We know for a fact that when his boss fired him, the stated reason was because Flynn lied. We know for a fact that Flynn admitted to lying.

The evidence that he didn't lie is non-existent, other than abstract tortured logic concerning apples.

Golly, walk us through, preferably using your own words how that is a conspiracy theiry?

Well, first you'd have to be more specific about what you've been implying over the last few pages. Don't imply, state. What do you think is significant about Andrew Weissmann? What has Enron got to do with Mueller? What, exactly, are you alleging? Don't be coy, lay it out. Let's start there.

tick tock.

Here's a conspiracy theory in your own words:
By the way, I predict that the government will ask to have those sealed AND Flynn's lawyers will go along AND that will not raise even the slightest bit of concern from the regressives.

Oh dear, you see folks, when I ask for support for why you posted a quote that said:

"oh sweet lord above here come the conspiracy theories"

and asked you to "walk us through, preferably using your own words how that is a conspiracy theory?" why I am not surprised in the slightest that instead of doing that you are desperately trying to move the goalposts?

here is my surprised face: o

You provided that support a few hours later when you posted a conspiracy theory:
By the way, I predict that the government will ask to have those sealed AND Flynn's lawyers will go along AND that will not raise even the slightest bit of concern from the regressives.

They gave General Flynn a great deal because they were embarrassed by the way he was treated - the FBI said he didn’t lie and they overrode the FBI. They want to scare everybody into making up stories that are not true by catching them in the smallest of misstatements. Sad!......

-The 45th president of the United States.

Smells like a pardon in the oven. Delicious!

Yeah, I didn't think you would.

Still, well done on catching on to the Mocking Spongebob meme a year and a half after everybody else. Why not dab while you're at it? That'll really prove you've got your finger on the pulse.

All of his links have substance. However, this post contains actually no substance at all. It's just snark, weak attempts at mocking, and appealing to the crowd. Which I'm still confused as to why.

Quit dodging his questions. Explain your CT or drop it.

I hope he does pardon him, because that would be political suicide. Also, even if he does, remember the state can go after him too.

Smells like Life in Prison in the oven. Delicious!

FACT-CHECK: The FBI said Flynn exhibited no *signs* of lying. But, they had him on tape, so they *knew* he was lying. People who lie without exhibiting signs of lying are really good liars.

Oh yeah, and....

I had to fire General Flynn because he lied to the Vice President and the FBI. He has pled guilty to those lies. It is a shame because his actions during the transition were lawful. There was nothing to hide!

Perhaps the more "skeptical" of our correspondents are curious why Judge Sullivan would sua sponte order this information disclosed to him? Well, you see folks, he has long experience with exposing miscarriages of justice. For examples:

An independent investigation ordered by presiding Judge Emmet G. Sullivan found that the prosecution was “permeated by the systemic concealment of significant exculpatory evidence, which would have independently corroborated Senator Stevens’s defense and his testimony, and seriously damaged the testimony and credibility of the government’s key witness.”

Hmm, something to think about, huh folks?

He thanked the courageous judge who did not accept prosecutors’ representations that they had disclosed all evidence of innocence from the defense.

But you can rest assure that our correspondents will declare this a "conspiracy theory." because of course.

That this happened isn't a conspiracy theory. The fact you linked to it means that it happened.
What people will declare is that it has **** all to do with this case, because you've made no link between the two.

ETA: I don't know anything about "rollcall.com" or the reputation it holds.
