Best part? The cop killer in that ad came back in 2002 under GWB, and committed his crimes soon after. Dolt 45 managed to come up with an ad that's worse than Willie Horton, which was at least honest (and done by a fake third party rather than the candidate directly - and Atwater ended up really regretting that one, while Cheeto Benito has no shame).

It was a nation foundation narative/myth that resonated with people’s family/individual experiences and Christian compassionate values.

Be fair. It's a wide border. If one really thought that a group was intent on coming through, the issue wouldn't be the number of the other side, but the length of the border one has to protect.

Not a defense of Trump, but this criticism isn't apt.

No. If the Democrats lose badly in the midterms, there won't be much violence.

Otherwise, there really might be some, though not civil war.

I disagree,AN angry left which thinks it has been cheated at the polls is just a capable of violence as the right. Maybe not right away, but it will happen.
