So, I'm convinced: he is the real victim.

There is nothing worse than being accused of sexual assault, literally nothing I can think of. Well, for a man. I guess a chick could have to suffer through a sexual assault, but then, she probably wanted it anyway.

I don't recall ever meeting her. To repeat all of the people identified do not remember any such party happening. Leland denies knowledge and doesnt know me- two male friends have said under penalty of felony I would never do this.

Leyland Keyser said she has no recollection of being at any party with Kavanaugh and does not know Kavanaugh. Since nothing remarkable happened to her at the party and she was never told about the attack, why should she remember it? As to not knowing K, if the only time she ever interacted with him was at that single unremarkable (for her) party, why should she remember him at all? We've all met people at parties we wouldn't remember the next week, much less 36 years later. While her statement does not support Ford's story, neither does it prove it never happened.
 
BK explaining calendars:

I keep them because my dad did. His dad was a very organized guy to put it mildly. Freshman year in 1980 he started keeping calendars as a calendar and a diary. He has them for the last 38 years
 
Explains he was out of town every weekend except one, during which he attended a golf tournament with his dad.

If someone told me I was at a party with a guy about my age from my area 30+ years ago when nothing particular happened at that party, yeah, I wouldn't remember either. There were lots of guys at parties I didn't know or wouldn't remember a week later. Much less 30 years later.
 
That's it folks. It's over. He didn't have 'commit sexual assault' on his calendar that day so it clearly didn't happen.

Seems like he's not too upset about being accused of sexually assault but rather he's upset that these allegations are interfering with his career ambitions.

I guess that's why he's sticking around in a process that he himself describes as being a "disgrace": he wants this so bad that you can see it on his face. To have this price denied him would be the worst thing that could ever happen to him. Not even being convicted of rape would compare to this.

Whoa! "The Angry Judge" role is not coming across well for K. "Revenge for Clinton"? He seems to be taking a page out of Trump's "WITCH HUNT" playbook. Bad choice of tactics.

He needs to stop denying he would get blackout drunk in the same breath as denying sexual assault, because the former is obviously false at this point.

I think the point is that he has actual corroborative evidence and witnesses, while the person leveling the charges does not know where or when it took place.

Should be obvious, one would think
 
Even if he's telling the truth, this sniffling, weepy, self-pitying display isn't what we expect from a Supreme Court justice. We're learning more about this guy than he thinks.
