This is the truth. The question to me then becomes: If Trump was to be diagnosed as a compulsive liar, could he legally form the requisite intent to deceive required to prove perjury?

I honestly hope that something similar happens with other countries. It should be clear that trying to glad hand and make nice with Trump in hopes of modifying his behavior always fails. Time to give him the full pariah treatment.
