You can pretend that Trump wasn't speaking about the fruits of that meeting, but we all know including you that you're being disingenuous.

That is a huge mischaracterization of my position. I said those statements were about the meeting. I'm saying they don't reveal the form of that information.

According to all publicly available information, the Trump Tower meeting had nothing to do with hacked emails. How many times do we need to go over this?
It's your own little hypothesis, we don't buy it, it has nothing to do with you not being heard.

How many times do we need to go over this?

Trump Tweets

"Why isn’t the FBI giving Andrew McCabe text messages to Judicial Watch or appropriate governmental authorities. FBI said they won’t give up even one (I may have to get involved, DO NOT DESTROY). What are they hiding? McCabe wife took big campaign dollars from Hillary people....."

".....Will the FBI ever recover it’s once stellar reputation, so badly damaged by Comey, McCabe, Peter S and his lover, the lovely Lisa Page, and other top officials now dismissed or fired? So many of the great men and women of the FBI have been hurt by these clowns and losers!"
Boy is that into lala land territory.

Well all of it is I suppose.

Neither the emails with trump Jr nor his prelude to a big announcement ever mention emails. The most details is that it was something about Russians. The nature of the big deal is completely amorphous.

It never says Humpty Dumpty is an egg.

Absence os evidence is not evidence of absence.

Would you define that as "big"?

Actually, the source of the communication would not be what defined the scope of bigness.

Criminal activity, whether alleged by GRU spies or a business partner saying they did it together would be big.

Accusations of a drinking problem would be small whether alleged by GRU spies or a business partner who went drinking with her.

You stated it as if the lack of direct evidence supports a fact.

I'll take it that you only meant there's not direct evidence yet.

Further, i meant there is an incredibly easy defense to the email exchange and Trump's statement..."we interpreted the message as legally obtainable information "

No. Sorry, that doesn't work or matter. The point is this is information they don't have. It's obviously worse if it was illegally obtained. And even if that was false, it still constitutes an illegal in kind contribution.

Which goes back to the conversation with Kellyb. Is there any speech activity a foreign national can engage in? If it is personal experience with the subject, can they not share it?

All that remains is to hear the rest of the evidence. My personal bet is that either Rudy or DJT, believing that they've got their Vulcan Invisibility Shield of Collusion is not a Crime will come right out and admit that Donnie and the kids knew it was about the emails. Those were stolen. Receiving stolen property is against the law. Conspiring to receive stolen property is against the law. Conspiring to disseminate/distribute stolen property is against the law.

Lying to Congress about it is against the law. Lying to Federal investigators about it is against the law. Encouraging others to lie about it is against the law.

Yep, and Trump fired her for saying so (Trump doesn't like people who tell him things he doesn't want to hear; he's surrounds himself with "Yes Men"!

Uh, no. Trump fired Yates for refusing to support his travel ban policy. It had nothing to do with Flynn.

Trump said that was the reason. To be honest if Trump said the sky was blue I'd take a second look just to check. He is not known for his veracity, even within one tweet.
