It really is amazing how Mills can be "going into production" dozens of times over the last few decades, yet never produce anything, and better yet, people still don't call him on any of it.
He is always about to go into production, but never gets there, and he never sees any consequences.
His next delay in a long line of delays will generate next to no buzz, as always.
His next progress announcement will get full gushing press coverage all over again, as if the past didn't even happen.
As skeptics I would think it incumbent that we try to explain this remarkable level of success.
It is not an area of woo I am very familiar with, one I might call "magic machines". Perpetual motion machines or Free Energy machines. They amount to the same thing.
This wikipedia article is low-brow I know but proves out a point:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_perpetual_motion_machines
We can see this type of hoax has been going on for centuries and chock full of thieving liars concealing belts or drives, lots of Wizard of Oz quackery and noise.
So as skeptics we just have to accept the gullibility and naivite of human nature. And that small populations of humans are also born and shaped into psychopathy, sociopathy, narcissism and machiavellian personalities.
The market for magic machines is pre-existing for the predator. It's simple economics, really. There is some equilibrium level of magic machine industry with supply being driven by sociopaths and demand being driven by the naive and gullible.
A psychopath enters this industry instead of another depending on market compensation and preferences/skills.
Forecasting his survival based upon any specific claims he's made seems misguided. If there is $1 million a year up for grabs by the gullible and naive in a magic machine industry, then what is important is how well he does competing with other psychopaths and their fake magic machines for that money. PT Barnums maxim: a sucker born every minute. So who is going to collect, that is the only question.
I don't know the industry. But that is really how you would go about analyzing this guy at Brilliant Light Power: why he is doing better than other perpetual motion machine players today.
One of them was the motionless electromagnetic generator, that went at least a decade. Yusmar 1, that went a decade. This one is three. Why does he do so well within the industry for magic machines?
