Well I just stopped in to remark that again, the staying power of this scam is impressive. It seems to me it must be in the record books for duration.

You have financial scams that have gone for almost 50 years like in the case of Madoff, with $65 Billion in fraud. So this is is a ways back on the all-time greats list.

But it has been over a quarter century and tens of millions. That's amazing enough.

Yep and in a few months a new cycle of it will begin or will he jump ship? If not and he follows the same tired scam he may change the name of the company - again. Declare a new product is just months away and that various companies are gearing up to produce it and all is on track for the greatest energy leap in Human history.....................then it will all fall apart again.

Unfortunately, the reactions Jansson’s team is observing produce only a quick burst of intense heat. In a commercialized process, there needs to be a steady output. Mills has trademarked “Hydrino.” And because his issued patents claim the hydrino as an invention, BLP asserts that it owns all intellectual property rights involving hydrino research. BLP therefore forbids outside experimentalists from doing even the most basic hydrino research, which could confirm or deny hydrinos, without first signing an IP agreement. “We welcome research partners; we want to get others involved,” Mills says. “But we do need to protect our technology.”

Mills instead has commissioned validators who say they can corroborate that BLP’s inventions work.

I have already posted here in the past, that if a SunCell of some sort is not working (to my satisfaction) within 2 years I will seriously reconsider my beliefs and let this forum know. The date on my Google Calendar for this is Feb 26 2019.

Does it matter? He said working "to his satisfaction" which is an absurdly low bar. He's pretty satisfied with anything at all, it seems. He'll claim success no matter what because unverified reports of brief energy production followed a second later by the machine consuming itself counts as working to Markie's satisfaction.

I took another look through the 3rd Quarter 2018 Update searching for deliverables and future milestones.

Despite having 134 slides there is little that is unambiguously predictive. It isn't clear from most slides whether they refer to completed accomplishments or future goals. For example "How the Thermal SunCell® Works" implies that it is already working when it clearly is not. They are no longer putting even vague dates on future deliverables.

Here is what I found:

• "...H2, O2, and H2O compatible all-quartz cell that is being fabricated by a vendor." (p34) "Outsourced the fabrication of a quartz SunCell to vendor" (p35)
  
• "Outsourcing engineering of induction ignition transformer." (p34)
  
• "Outsourced the fabrication of Pyrex reservoirs and reaction cell chamber to vendor." (p56)
  
• "Continue development through to being commercializable." (p67)
  
• "Engineer SunCell® prototypes for thermal energy and power generation with novel magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) thermodynamic cycle." (p67)
  
• "...an important new paper to be publish regarding the confirmation of the fundamental Hydrino® reaction." (p68)
  
• "Continue to work with the differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) to measure heat on a solid fuels chemistry that is regenerative with the addition of at least one of hydrogen and water." (p70)
