It needs something. If these Russians tried to board a flight to the US, how would the FBI know?

Obviously, there isnt much out there right now. But I'm not convinced of their existence.

What? Russians attempting to visit the U.S. would need to obtain a visa, which requires an extensive application and often a personal interview. You don't just "board a flight." And these indictments are the result of evidence being presented to a grand jury. "Their existence" would be a starting point for evidence of their crimes.

That assumes the FBI has anyway to link the person they named in the indictment with an actual person.

I wasn't in the grand jury. Convincing someone of a claim requires honest presentation of all the evidence.

The indictment notes that the Russians had been going after the Clinton campaign since April 2016, but also notes that on July 27, for the first time they tried to spearfish another Clinton account "for the first time."

That was also the day that Trump said "Russia I hope you can find Hillary's missing emails."

/told y'all it all came back to Hillary's cowboy server! :D

Wow you don’t give a damn about your country do you. You openly admit Russia was trying to help Trump win the election, and seem to think they made a specific attack at Trumps Request, and somehow in your tiny mind this information is a positive development because you think Clinton did something inappropriate even though no evidence has ever been found to support this.

If they are not presenting me with the evidence Because they don't think I need to see it, then the skeptical position is to not be convinced by their claims. It is that simple.

No, that's the whiny little girl position, crying about not getting something you alone feel you're entitled to.

The skeptical position is to ask if it's out of the ordinary, or is it consistent with policy?

Interestingly, Mueller doesn't have to convince you, nor does he have to present all of the evidence to anybody (except maybe defense attorneys) prior to trial.

The burden of proof is with the person making the claim. If X makes a claim, Y doesn't have to accept the claim without an honest presentation of evidence.

can't imagine where you got the impression that i said it was a positive development....

So many people so many vapors

Exactly. That is why I said I'm unconvinced. I never said I was entitled to that information.

Why would we hold her to a different standard than Obama ??

What are you trying to say? Obama imposed tough sanctions against Russia, and was criticized even by Democrats for not being even tougher. Putin wanted to sink Clinton because he knew she saw him as an enemy to the U.S. Trump wants to lift sanctions to make his BFF Putin happy.

Are you as unconvinced by the previous nineteen indictments you ALSO have not seen the evidence for? You know, the ones that resulted in five guilty pleas thus far?

I am saying that Obama met with Ptin at least twice after the disclosure of the hacking.

None of the guilty please arising out of Russia (nor for that matter will any of today's indictments result in guilty pleas or verdicts)

I'm unconvinced by nearly every indictment and conviction (and aquittal) in history.
