This is another bit of blind acceptance of Mills claims from markie.

There are conditions under which a collection of charged point particles being accelerated do not emit radiation.
Nonradiation condition

The blind faith is that a condition worked out for a distribution of accelerating charges works for whatever Mills imagines that seems to be a continuous flow of charge.

And then there are the changes in shape. A charged disk deforming to a charged sphere suggests that at least the outer charges have to be accelerated.

Well thanks at least for acknowledging Haus (who taught Mills in his year of EE).

I might not put it down to blindness as much as a simple and ignorant attempt at obfuscation. Markie does note magnetism but only at the end of that post. Also with regard to electron pairing as a result of spin. Apparently ignoring such spin pairing, or lack of, with the proton and the proton of each atom with each other. Yet 75% of molecular hydrogen at standard temperature and pressure is in the higher energy orthohydrogen spin isomer form. A triplet where the proton spins are parallel and thus with two unpaired electrons.

So apparently deliberate as just pretense or perhaps just a strawman. As I was particular about specifically asserting electromagnetic fields.

Mills deals with all these things. For instance he calculates the bond energies of H3+ and D3+ and their hydrino variants, among other things. See 13.1 and 13.2 of his book.

What question? You want me to admit there can be magnetic fields outside an electrically neutral atom? Of course there can.

And time varying magnetic fields can do what?

Hint: it has to do with electrical fields.

Are the orbitspheres approaching each other now neutral?

Orbitspheres are not neutral but the atoms may be.

And why are you now talking time varying magnetic fields in this context? They would be magneto static for an atom. AFAIK only during an orbitsphere transition do time varying EM fields need addressing.

Great, so the charge of the Orbitspheres needs to be considered when they are in close proximity to each other, whether the atom as a whole is neutral or not.

Have you forgotten your electron pair explanation already, "Magnetism". So an approaching particle with "magnetic fields outside an electrically neutral atom" would represent a time varying magnetic field to whatever it approaches. Which again can do what?

Remember the saying, "Judge not lest you be judged"

You're the one who initiated claims about who is smarter. Should I take advice from you that you're clearly not following yourself?

You want to make the world a better place.

I have made the world a better place, if only slightly, within the limits of my modest powers.

Why can't you imagine the same of Mills?

I can imagine the same of anyone, but I see no evidence for it in Mills's case, and much evidence against it. The evidence strongly suggests that he has been making his living for his entire career on a phony free energy scam.

But if that evidence is misleading, and Mills has in fact discovered a method of producing energy for minimal cost and with minimal environmental consequences, he still has not made the world a better place. Quite the contrary, all he has achieved in that case, for decades so far, is to successfully withhold and conceal his discovery from anyone who might otherwise have brought those benefits into actual use.

(Just to show I have a good imagination, I'll admit it's conceivable that Mills is living on a tight budget or on inherited wealth, and secretly funneling most of the money he scams from rich stupid investors to kids in an orphanage somewhere. But in that case he still obviously wants everyone to think he's just a scammer or failed inventor so he can continue that heroic work, so there's no harm in my thinking exactly that. As implausible as that scenario might be, it's more plausible than that he's had a working "but not quite ready for commercial use" secret formula for free energy that no one else in the physical sciences or the energy industry has figured out or discovered independently for three decades.)

You have very little idea about Mills' life, yet you make these unwarranted, very negative, assumptions. No, it doesn't make you smarter, but it might be making you something else.

My conclusions are indeed very negative, but they're amply warranted by the available evidence. If Mills is not a scammer, he has made a concerted effort to resemble one while also failing to produce any results that benefit anyone.

A street sweeper makes the streets and sidewalks a little more sanitary and nicer to walk on. A prostitute provides sexual release for people who might be too insecure, unattractive, lazy, or busy to maintain conjugal personal relationships. A roofer keeps water out of people's indoor living and working spaces. Making the world a better place is not an unusual or particularly difficult accomplishment. The vast majority of people manage it.

All the available evidence indicates that Mills has not.

Great, so the charge of the Orbitspheres needs to be considered when they are in close proximity to each other, whether the atom as a whole is neutral or not.

I'm not sure much about the near field, but in the farfield, no.

I don't think of it as a 'time varying magnetic field'. If a neutral hydrogen atom was moving then I see a moving static magnetic field. If it came in close proximity to another neutral atom it would effect the currents of charge of that atom's outer orbitsphere. What would result from that, like some degree of polarization, I'm not sure.

Parrots Mills delusion that like charges do not repel

You want calculations? ...It's about minimum energy configuration.
3 July 2018 markie: Parrots Mills delusion that like charges do not repel (2 negatively charged spheres = no H2 molecule).

The minimum energy configuration for 2 negatively charged spheres is as far away as each other as possible.

And 2 negatively charged probability clouds?

In the case of paired electrons in an orbital, the orbitspheres are entirely superimposed on each other.

Seeing the drawing of round electromagnets on a Faraday channel, he probably should have gone for a couple of more years.

Oh don't be coy. If you are referring to the extremely simplified diagram in the quarterly report just say so. The drawings in his 2004 MHD patent are a bit different.

Who was talking about "far" anything? You were speaking of approaching to make contact. At some point (to make contact) your Orbitspheres are going to be orders of magnitude closer to each other than they will be to either of the protons. Unless of course your orbitspheres are in contact with the protons, is that the case? Remember contact was your assertion and you do need to try to stay on track with that.

It don't make a dang bit of difference what you may or may not think of it as. What happens is a "moving static magnetic field" results in a time varying magnetic field in relation to whatever it is moving from or to. That time varying magnetic can induce an electrical field.

So you don't just have the proximity of charges producing a repelling force but also the possibility of induced potential.

Once again the interaction as elastic scattering or covalent bonding is essentially all electromagnetic and thus due to the interaction of electromagnetic fields. Trying to down play it as some interaction between neutrals or just proclaim "Magnetism" doesn't actually help you.

Mills previous stupidity was ignoring the repulsion between 2 negative charged spheres. Now we have an alleged by markie total of delusion of 2 negatively charged, infinitely thin spheres being "superimposed".

This is basic electromagnetism. The Coulomb force between 2 charges goes to infinity as r goes to zero. So Mills is either completely deluded with having 2 negatively charged spheres on top of each other with r = 0 or maybe just wrong with a sphere having twice the charge of an electron.

That wasn't "coy", the drawing is just plain stupid and I noted why before. Does that "2004 MHD patent" include a Faraday channel as well? If not, then the comparison would be stupid.

You want calculations? They are in Mill's GUTCP. ....
And of course markie lies about Mill's GUTCP. There are no calculations of 2 hydrogen atoms approaching each other and binding which is what we are discussing.

There is a long section on the "hydrogen molecular ion" (2 protons and an electron) starting on page 393 with his hydrino delusions featured. The entire section is on formed ions. A bit of insanity in the next 20 or so pages is treating electrons as particles which he denies :jaw-dropp!

Equation 11.5 and 11.6 are the differential equations of motion for a particle of mass m in the case of a central field.

What question? You want me to admit there can be magnetic fields outside an electrically neutral atom? Of course there can.

Bumpity bump bump

And, in classical, continuous spacetime, what is the force between two orbitspheres which are within one thickness of each other? Due to electromagnetism (don't forget the magnetic component!) and gravity? How about between an orbitsphere and something which isn't, a neutron say, or charged hadron (e.g. a proton)?
Per Mills, the shape of an electron goes from a flat disk to a sphere, when it is captured by an ion (or atom or ...). And back the other way when one is liberated.

As charge accelerates while the electron is doing its twist+, what EMR is emitted or absorbed?

What shape do electrons have in metals? superconductors?

How does the force between an orbitsphere and a pancake electron vary with distance?
