It is an expression, overpromising underdelivering.
Yes, we're aware it's an expression. The point is, most people refrain from using it except when it's applicable. LOL

It is applicable here. Mueller indicted on charges he's not ready to prosecute on. He's left trying to delay a trial he called for, using excuses that normally the defense, not the prosecution, would use.
********, what are you making that statement based on? He's not delaying the trial, he's making it so the evidence can't be shared with people who shouldn't have it. It must be a pain in the ass to have to be so partisan you've turned yourself into an excuse machine for the Russian's
What am I basing it on? Oh, just public reporting on the case. For example:
https://www.politico.com/story/2018/05/04/mueller-russia-interference-election-case-delay-570627
This is separate from the evidence sharing issue (I never claimed they were the same), but it's quite real.
Will you retract your allegations against me?
How about you do the same for me. Take the first step.
I agree that in order to have a fair trial, the defense should have the evidence the prosecution plans to use against them, so that they can prepare an adequate rebuttal. The prosecution should not be required to share the evidence with anyone other than the defense, before the trial.********, what are you making that statement based on? That article doesn't state that Mueller isn't ready to prosecute the case, it says that he was asking for a delay because it was unclear whether the defendants had formally accepted the summons related to the case.

First step: clarify your past position on the topic, then we can evaluate whether my claim was wrong.
It's a shame the MDC is no longer with us. You guys would clean up with that kind of mind-reading ability.

Mind reading? Oh man:
Mueller's team: Judge I am mind reading that they didn't accept accept the summons.
Defense lawyer: Bruh, i am standing right here.
MT: Voices Judge, I hear dead people.
Judge: SMDH motion denied.
Can you show me in that article the specific part where it claims that Mueller was not ready?
Nevermind, I saw your next post where you basically admit that you were wrong, you were making this up, but if we just "read between the lines" then we'll all know. DA TWOOF WILL COME OUT IF WE REED BETWENE DA LINEZ"
The prosecution is not, what the prosecution is trying to do is limit what the defense attorneys working on the case can do with the information, up to and including sharing it with their client.
Can you explain to me the specific process in receiving a summons, and what the process is once you receive the summons to proceed? The politico article that Zigg was kind enough to self-own himself with has some pretty good details on how Mueller was trying to strictly follow protocol.
