Apart from that time he raped her. And all those times he treated her badly enough that their divorce was granted on the grounds of "cruel and unusual treatment". Other than that, and in line with the terms of the gag order he has on her concerning their marriage, he treated her "fantastic".

I wonder if she considers his cheating on her being "fantastic" treatment?

Rand Paul defending Trump citing an occasion where Trump helped finance a medical mission where Paul and some other docs repaired some blind Haitians. Story here. If it's on the level (and I tend to trust statements coming out of Paul's mouth infinitely more than whatever Trump says) then good on him. Doesn't absolve him of being a bigot or anything, but it does indicate that he might not be as lacking in compassion toward people living in ********* as he lets on.

I would be checking to see if they got any money off Trump. He has a history of promising and then not giving.

In the UK, the governing is done by the Prime Minister, but the Head of State and the person who essentially represents the nation to the world is the Monarch. Who is in the role of Monarch in the USA? The Head of State is the President and, whether you like it or not he does represent your country to the world. That is perhaps the biggest disaster of this Presidency.

No one is in the role of monarch in the U.S. (Much as they might like to think they were.)

There isn't any useful analogy between the office of the POTUS and the British monarchy.

I think the question was "Who performs the head of state duties in the United States ?", not "Who does the monarching ?"

IMO the President does but then again the President has a much different remit including other duties performed by the UK Prime Minister but rather less in the line of opening fetes and acting as patron of various good causes than the Queen currently does.

Interesting.

White House official told me tonight there is debate internally on whether Trump said "********" or "*********." Perdue and Cotton seem to have heard latter, this person said, and they are using it to deny.

Just to clarify the second ******** is a slight variation of the first ********.

Ivana only gets $650K a year? That poor thing. But seriously - that does sound kind of paltry in light of Trump's alleged wealth, but he's probably pretty good at hiding assets.

That depends on when the settlement was reached. They divorced 25 years ago. 25 x 650K is a lot of money. Like sixteen million "lot of". Plus the bonus of "I no longer have to **** Donald Trump, woo hoo!"

ETA: I checked with my friend Carlie and she says that for a mere ten million she'd agree not to **** him, either. Her sister said, "Hell, he doesn't have to offer me anything. I'd not **** him for free!"

I'd not **** him for free too. In fact I'd be willing to pay good money not to **** him. Its not just that he's physically unattractive, (although he is), its his horrible personality too.

There is nothing about Donald Trump that isn't icky and off putting.

He (McCain) also has an adopted Bangladeshi daughter.

The Canal Zone was considered U.S., close enough to natural born.

And Panama isn't really a s***hole. Canal revenue helps.

Well as natural born means US citizen from birth it doesn't matter where he was physically born as his parents were citizens. So he can be born is any ****hole and still count as natural born.

A U.S. Navy veteran's mother was twice denied a visa to attend her son's funeral in Arkansas around Christmas, CBS affiliate WREG-TV reports. The U.S. State Department won't say why the visa requests were denied.

Truong's father Hung Truong, a jewelry store owner in eastern Arkansas, told WREG-TV that his ex-wife applied for a visa to travel from Vietnam to attend their son's funeral. Each of her requests was denied.

The State Department told the station that it couldn't provide more details about the case.

"Visa records are confidential under U.S. law,"

Making America great again!

Yes, the "house" vs "hole" argument is one of the stupidest things surrounding this presidency, and that's saying something. Both words mean the same thing, and it's the context that matters anyway. He could have said "toilet", or "dump", or any number of other words and it would all be exactly the same.
