I would doubt it unless someone made a really big stink. AE 9/11 has been a non-profit for years and has never filed a form 990 on time. They have used every possible extension since forming the non-profit. Normally this would be a red flag but, seeing as no one has complained and their small potatoes they let it go.

Funny thing is, they claim to be "whistle blowers" but the people they are calling out don't seem to care..................:rolleyes:

The amounts in question for this study are nothing worth any governmental investigator wasting time over; however, Rick Shaddock does actually have a network of conspiracy-related fake charities (none of which is an actual chartered entity) that he uses to solicit money across the internet. Even if the amounts involved are small potatoes, the IRS and FBI do both tend to care about such schemes. Rick makes it worse for himself by claiming his charities have a DC address (it's really just a desk rental he uses to make ANETA look more substantial than it is) and soliciting funds across state lines, which puts his scheme squarely in federal jurisdiction.

AE911Truth has enough money to be worth going after, but, as far as I can tell, they aren't as transparently fraudulent (in a legal sense) as Rick's schemes. Their biggest legal vulnerability would be a defamation suit by one of the fire fighters whom they quote out of context in their annual advertising in Times Square. It's probably a difficult case, however, because they follow the NY rule that disallows using the names with consent in charitable solicitations (i.e., they do not directly attribute those quotes to the actual fire fighters who made them). The double side to that sword, of course, is that their lack of direct attribution shows that they did not get the approval of those fire fighters (and we all know they didn't even bother asking because they know they are taking the quotes out of context).

I don't think so. Google doesn't delete the blogs that are flagged as mature content. They add a login page with a content warning.

It looks to me like Talboo has stormed out for some reason, judging by the 911debunkers page that Oystein linked earlier.
 
There are multiple archives on the Wayback Machine, most recent was October 13th, 2017.

It's missing some videos and graphics, but it shows what they have been up to recently. Surprise, Las Vegas was another False Flag.

What is pathetic is supporting an analysis that is taking years after Mark received the funds. Wasn't Mark going to have the samples sent to an independent lab? Seems the lab would be doing the work not Mark.

As far as WTC7 latest study from Alaska, wasn't one of the goals was to find out what caused the collapse. Seems all that has been done is stating, "it wasn't fire".

imo, the study does not model the real world. It focus is way too limited.

But, hey, believe and support what you want. Still waiting for the one concise CD explanation with definite evidence. Bet it never comes

All Mark was supposed to do is separate out candidate chips that match the original study for independent analysis. The criterion is well defined for this task and should have taken a day tops.

They didn't need to do any of this. All they needed to do is send the original study to competent people. The Harrit study is self debunking.

Could you please Mark's correspondence to you, in full, and verbatim, so we can check his own words and determine whether he "is" (present tense) in fact "working on his project", or has been at any time in recent months?

You are laboring under the gross misconception that Basile or Ziggi are going to keep ANY of their promises.

The entire premise of the Basile project was to send specimens to independent labs, and have THEM do a slate of tests BLINDLY, i.e. without knowing what the sample is, and what the study is all about.

This is NOT going to happen, as we will find out once Ziggi posts in full and verbatim his correspondence with Basile. I think we will find out that Basile will break the very base promise, made to donors to defraud them of their money, and instead do tests his biased self.
