I can't see your problem with that sentence. I said after the lecture you could ask questions. But the medium was still in a trance. You could not ask questions during the lecture, and there would be no point asking the medium questions after she came out of a trance because she would not know what you were talking about.

I saw one medium give a lot of trance lectures, and she is the one I asked about the animals, and she was still in a trance. Eventually her health failed due to nervous strain. so she gave up being a medium and attempted to give lectures on her own. But her lectures were nothing like the quality of the ones she gave in a trance.

So a perfect god regurgitates imperfect parts of its perfect substence which become imperfect spirits which then struggle and try to return to perfection through suffering over many different life cycles?

Whats the point? If the god is perfect to begin with, then why would it need to create unevolved ignorant flawed parts of itself so it can watch them suffer until they regain perfection wherein he eats them again? It sounds incredibly cruel and pointless.
