Have you read the e-mails or not? Those were released by Jr himself. They discuss information from the Russian government with the intent of helping Trump in the election. It says so right there.

Yes I read them, I didn't see any information from the Russian government.

He should've called the FBI especially if she had information. That he didn't, and lied repeatedly to try to keep the whole deal secret from the public shows that he knows he did something very wrong.

The FBI? What was he going to tell them. He met with a Russian lawyer given status by the Obama administration who says she has dirt on Clinton but actually did not?

The Crown prosecutor of Russia met with his father Aras this morning and in their meeting offered to provide the Trump campaign with some official documents and information that would incriminate Hillary and her dealings with Russia and would be very useful to your father.
This is obviously very high level and sensitive information but is part of Russia and its government's support for Mr. Trump - helped along by Aras and Emin.
What do you think is the best way to handle this information and would you be able to speak to Emin about it directly?

"Hello, we were contacted, alledgedly by Russian agents who wanted to communicate possibly illegal information in order to influence the elections. Here are their names and e-mail addresses."

Since this was most assuredly shady, the best thing to do was contact the authorities, not check out the info.
