Destroyed Atlantis = Menorah

Yes, I know.

What method would one use to determine when the ocean level rose, if not the Younger Dryas dating data?

But you can't tie the ruins off Spain (or any other ruins for that matter) to your Atlantis. If we briefly allow that Dryas was talking about a real place, you can't claim the ruins you pointed out were was that place without at least dating it.

Listen to what you are saying-

"Ruins not yet investigated, at the bottom of the Atlantic, can't be tied to the story of a city that sank into the Atlantic."

Buddy, that make ZERO sense.

It can't possibly be younger than 11,500 years old...that's the best I can do, for now.

YOU are the one talking 'we' rather than 'me'...

Indeed I am, in a contextually appropriate use of the term: Unless you believe there is only one individual posting in the thread?

Anyhow, we digress: amaze me with your "scholarship"! Prove to me you're not just doing it for the lulz and I may decide to take you seriously.

It isn't a matter of opinion, it is a matter of fact and we have this thread to demonstrate that fact.

It is noted that you only responded to only one part of my post. Avoiding the rest, are you?

Your opinion is not factually based.

This thread is rife with people refusing to address the date presented and personal attacks.

If I didn't respond to part of your post, it's because I have better things to do with my time.

You think, that only posters, read this thread, and that you, personally represent all of ISF, sans me??

Please do tell your health care professional, about your "we" -ness. Your inappropriate use of this pronoun may cause you future difficulties.

You think that nobody, including lurkers, can go back through this thread and see for themselves that you have not supported your baseless assertions?

It makes perfect sense unless you can establish that Plato was talking about a real place and that place is archeologically tied to the story.

Posting photographs of underwater ruins is evidence that I have not supported my claims...???

It is EXACTLY the opposite of that.

You are literally closing your eyes to facts I have posted, and you're creating your own reality, based of your ignoring-evidence.

Please, do consult with your mental health professional, and or seek a second opinion...

But you are rejecting the physical evidence that does that!

We think differently.

I simply cannot get my head around your reasoning...

"Underwater ruins in the Atlantic cannot be tied to Plato's sunken Atlantis."

You are wrong.

That is utterly, completely, totally, WRONG. Backwards...NOT correct, a failure of logic and reason...is there another way to put it?

Sincerely, I wish you the best, but for now, we are at an impasse.

I have no further desire to pursue this exchange.

It is not evidence of your claims. There are hatloads of sunken ruins around Europe. You have simply glommed onto one and asserted that it is Atlantis despite the fact that it does not match Plato's description

You are literally closing your eyes to facts I have posted, and you're creating your own reality, based of your ignoring-evidence.
You still have not demonstrated a link between the random set of ruins you glommed onto and Atlantis.

Please, do consult with your mental health professional, and or seek a second opinion...
Knock it off with the insults.

Then go ahead and demonstrate a link between your Spanish ruins and Plato's Atlantis.

There are lots of ruins underwater what makes yours the ones you're looking for?

One side of Mouth- "There is NO evidence is Plato's sunken city/civilization(s)."

Other side of Mouth- "There are lots of underwater ruins, prove those are the Atlantean ruins, in the Atlantic you were looking for."

ETA:

So, which is it, are there LOTS of ruins or no ruins?

Are sunken ruins evidence of sunken cities?

Are sunken Atlantic ruins Atlantean?

Depends on how you define "Atlantean".

It's both. There are loads of sunken ruins. There is no evidence that any of them are Plato's Atlantis.

I cannot fathom why that is so difficult for you.

Okay so now that KotA is admitting the ruins in Spain aren't Atlantis, what is the connection to the scribbles on rocks in Spain?
