Past Presidents have been known to take advantage of the vast resources available to the office in order to avoid stuffing their mouths quite so full of foot quite so regularly.

It is one of the most glaring examples of Trump's utter lack of fitness for the office that he is not only unwilling, but apparently congenitally unable to do anything like that.

He begged Russia. He begged Russia for specific help that he could use against Hillary. A tacit admission that he feared he couldn't even beat "Crooked Hillary" without Russian help.

You're probably right. Trump is a very strange man. A compulsive, lying, narcissistic, bullying, childish, lazy, short-tempered beggar and braggart.

He is also surprisingly cunning, having spent his entire life studying and practicing how to manipulate people for personal gain. He recognized that a large number of voters share many of his negative characteristics, and would identify strongly with him. So he didn't make the typical mistake the average scumbag politiker makes. He didn't try to hide who he really is.

But I digress. you say he can't control his begging. I'll take your word for it, and add that to his list of fatal flaws. I guess you know the guy better than I do, being among his most unwavering defenders.

Problem is that Trump has gone too far with his denials about Russia. To do what you suggest would be for Trump to admit he made a huge mistake,and he will never,ever do that.

It is TRUMP'S Deputy Attorney General who have brought in a Special Counsel to carry out a criminal investigation of the Trump Campaign with respect to the Russian interference in the 2016 election.

The FBI are also carrying a criminal investigation into the Trump Campaign for collusion with the Russians.

You must have forgotten that it was Trump who bought the Russian story hook line and sinker.

Trump publicly asked the Russians to hack Hilary's email.

The evidence of collusion by Trump with Russian hackers is blatant.

I was Republican also until I switched to Libertarian thanks to Trump. I still support Rauner in my home state.
