Trump is, in many ways, a tone deaf, impulsive dimwit.

I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if there is absolutely nothing to any of the Russia nonsense and his mindset is "because there's nothing to it, I'm sick of this and I don't understand how bad the optics of angrily trying to bring this all to a conclusion are, especially given that a lot of people don't know there's nothing to it."

Too bad you guys couldn't possibly give this type of credit to Hillary or Bill when he had the conversation with Rice on the tarmac. Then it was all "influencing an investigation" and so on.

Ironic how all that works out, isn't it?

Yeah, what a revelation, people support the groups they are part of over the groups they are not!

Right, coming from a guy named SKEPTIC tank I figured maybe there was a bit more skepticism and an ability to criticize ones own party beyond "it's fine, he probably doesn't meant what he says." Thank you for clearing that up, I won't make that mistake with you again.

The article also says that Comey made a similar memo for every conversation he had with Trump.

My "party" ? Lol.

From 2000-2008 I voted Gore, Kerry, Obama and then in 2012 I voted Johnson, 2016 I voted Trump.

Trump has been a massive disappointment since taking office. The man is a clown and a buffoon, which I always knew, but I hoped he could at least direct his remarkable momentum in a way that could help destroy a wildly corrupt system in which both parties are absolutely awful.

I still hope Trump can do some of what he promised, right the ship, start listening to Bannon more, quit listening to his liberal daughter and her (((husband))) and at least help deepen divisions within America and the West at large (I think he's at least doing that, thankfully.)

I still think he's better than any of the other 16 or 17 or whatever it was, republican candidates there were. He's certainly preferable to Hillary having won.

He's worth having in there for Jeff Sessions alone. We'll get more than that out of him, but it's sad that it seems like it's going to be such meager pickings. The swamp has definitely drained him.

But that's the problem. D.C. is a cess pool, and both parties take turns boning the American people in favor of a globalist, greed-based, nation-destroying, identity-destroying worldview which must be ended at all costs.

Capitalism needs to be reigned in massively, greed needs to be curtailed and channeled to benefit the people, we should have universal single-payer healthcare, strong safety regulations, strong borders, a strong national identity tied to a clear racial identity, etc.

Trump and Clinton are both incredibly greedy people, but believe it or not I think Clinton had him beat on that. I think his greed, at this point, is at least somewhat sated. I had hoped it was moreso than it seems to be. I had hoped he wouldn't cuck so hard and so fast. I had hoped he would be more capable of restraint, clarity of vision, focus and devotion to his voters and the promises he made. I haven't written him off entirely, but do I sound to you like a blind party loyalist?

Are we really going to have impeachment proceedings where the president's best defense is to claim he's just very, very stupid?

Trump also asked Comey to consider throwing reporters in prison for publishing classified information.

Too bad for that pesky First Amendment.

Now watch a collective *meh* rise over Congress.

Unless they decide to grow a backbone all of the sudden...

If only someone had the power to demand the document under threat of penalty. Some kind of “sub poena,” if you will.

Sadly no, but that's a no to the impeachment.

Any way why would Trump want a peach, he invented peaches, but did you know some are hairy and some are but I did say my ratings for preaching where much better than that Graham Billy low energy.

“It's probably better to have him inside the tent pissing out, than outside the tent pissing in.”

Good afternoon Stacko
If only someone had the power to demand the document under threat of penalty. Some kind of “sub poena,” if you will.

If only someone had any "tapes" of this alleged conversation. Multiple video tapes in HD, recorded by multiple people from many different political persuasions, many different nationalities, with scores of witness as fitting similar differences. Then maybe something would possibly be considered somewhat improper.....maybe. Besides, Fox News is already saying Comey has no credibility.

This very thing is covered in the articles of impeachment.

Comey’s description of the event make clear his understanding of the conversation was that the president was seeking to impede the investigation, according to people who have read the account or had it read to them, these people said. Comey felt the conversation was improper and decided to keep the details of the conversations away from the case agents working on the Russia probe.
