Brilliant Light Power Going To Market - Free Energy Generator

No, he hasn't modified quantum mechanics. He's "proven" that it's bogus. The quantum realm, according to Mills, can be mapped via classical physics. People who follow Mills call people who believe in quantum mechanics "quantumists".

And yet the field he claims to have debunked has produced a wide variety of technologies. The very semiconductors in the computers people are using to bash quantum theory are themselves derived from quantum theory.

There's a sad humor in someone promoting a theory that has produced nothing claiming he has overthrown theories that have produced viable commercial products.

So, other physicists have first-hand experience that hydrinos are real. Mills figured out how to generate hydrinos from his disproof of quantum mechanics. Yet these physicists aren't making a fuss about this concrete disproof of quantum mechanics because it wasn't their discovery...

And yet the field he claims to have debunked has produced a wide variety of technologies. The very semiconductors in the computers people are using to bash quantum theory are themselves derived from quantum theory.

To be fair, Newtonian gravity is perfectly fine for precisely sending satellites to remote locations of the Solar system, even though Relativity is how gravity truly works.

Give him some time. I'm guessing at some point the magical HydrinoTM will also have the ability to, Fold Space, that is, the ability to travel without moving. They're already close, given they've spent over a quarter century not going anywhere.

“We at The ENSER Corporation have performed about thirty tests at our premises using BLP’s CIHT electrochemical cells of the type that were tested and reported by BLP in the Spring of 2012, and achieved the three specified goals,” said Dr. Ethirajulu Dayalan, Engineering Fellow, of The ENSER Corporation. “We independently validated BlackLight’s results offsite by an unrelated highly qualified third party. We confirmed that hydrino was the product of any excess electricity observed by three analytical tests on the cell products, and determined that BlackLight Power had achieved fifty times higher power density with stabilization of the electrodes from corrosion.” Dr. Terry Copeland, who managed product development for several electrochemical and energy companies including DuPont Company and Duracell added, “Dr. James Pugh (then Director of Technology at ENSER) and Dr. Ethirajulu Dayalan participated with me in the independent tests of CIHT cells at The ENSER Corporation’s Pinellas Park facility in Florida starting on November 28, 2012. We fabricated and tested CIHT cells capable of continuously producing net electrical output that confirmed the fifty-fold stable power density increase and hydrino as the product.”

So this evidence is a 2014 BLP press release containing a quote from a paid consultant stating that they performed tests specified by BLP and obtained the results specified by BLP.

Claiming that "hydrino was the product" just isn't a believable statement. How could they have possibly ruled out all other possibilities if they were just following BLP's protocol?

The feat of "continuously producing net electrical output" isn't hard. Even a battery can do it.

There is mention twice of a "fifty times" power density, which by itself mean nothing. Fifty time what?

BLP has since scrapped that design so something wasn't all it was supposed to be in the end.

But Relativity hasn't debunked Newtonian gravity, it's just outlined what some of the limits are.

If microprocessors had followed Mills development process we'd still be hearing about how great they will be... but he's hit a snag this time - probably the same one as his generator - not having a heatsink for the processor! But he's got a great new design that will be ready next year...

Hmm, and here's an interesting post that addresses that claim, among others:
http://goodmath.scientopia.org/2014/01/14/the-latest-update-in-the-hydrino-saga/ (2014)

To quote just a small part of the article:

Who is the ENSER corporation? They're an engineering consulting/staffing firm that's located in the same town as Blacklight's offices. So, pretty much, what we're seeing is that Mills hired his next door neighbor to provide a data-free testimonial promising that the hydrino generator really did work.

As others have said, this is Nobel Prize level stuff. Heck, it is world changing stuff! So you hire the bloke next door to verify this Earth shattering discovery? Err, no. That's not the way it works. At least not in real science.

OK, having read the comments section in the article I linked above, it seems that the ENSER Corporation involved are actually in Florida, not New Jersey. They are therefore totally independent. Or are they?
From Markie's article:

Dr. Ethirajulu Dayalan participated with me in the independent tests of CIHT cells at The ENSER Corporation’s.......

Dr. Ethirajulu Dayalan; https://www.linkedin.com/in/ethirajulu-dayalan-3188517

"Staff Scientist
BlacklightPower
June 2000 – January 2002 (1 year 8 months)"

Oh dear. Now we know why it was sent to them. I suspect Dr. Dayalan could even have stock in BLP. Not exactly an independent test then, was it?

And.........

From Markie's "independent" review:
Dr. Terry Copeland, who managed product development for several electrochemical and energy companies...........

However;
Terry’s areas of expertise in the high tech industry include business development, turnarounds, culture change, identifying and executing on new avenues for business growth and developing C-level and Division level talent.

Hmm. Confirming the existence or otherwise of hydrinos would seem to be a bit above his pay grade. Certainly well outside his area of expertise.

I spent 40+ years in academia working with scientists in all disciplines -- yes, all of them. I got the distinct impression that if anything half as sensational as this came along, every guy in a lab coat would shoving and elbowing to publish on it.

Right. But it's not their discovery to make a fuss about. They are only confirming.
They're not looking for confrontation, they are too busy for that, they have their own university work to do. In one of the videos, I recall Dr. Ramanujachary saying that his published hydrino work did not garner a single email response from his colleagues.

Where did he publish it?

The thing that really strikes me about that press release is why doesn't the "unrelated highly qualified third party" want to be identified by name?

I believe that was a homeless man known as Greg 'Sick Dog' Wagner, esquire who had a 10th grade education but hey I could be wrong.

That would be my take on the matter. Something like this would have a feeding frenzy about it. There are tens of thousands of scientist that would literally kill to get their names on a paper dealing with this.

Also noted earlier many governments and agencies USA and other wise would be all over this too. Especially the government and agencies looking for power sources. I mean why would Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and most European nations NOT want to have a 'free' power source?

Riffing on this - look at what the CIA has put money into (remote viewing etc).

BLP - less plausible than telepathy

Not quite sure about the use of the word "literally" here, but there might be a few.

He would not release the 286 because the Quad 4 was just a few months from production.

Because if they existed, it would be career suicide to be associated with such a bunch of incompetents or crooks.

likewise, I'm surprised at someone putting down that they had anything technical to do with this... even on linkedin.

Yet when others use Mills hydrino producing cells and equipment, either on BLPs premises or offsite, and validate the results of Mills, people here complain that it's not truly independent.
That's not what I said and you've been repeatedly told what would be considered 'validation' and why Mills hasn't yet done so.

There is a small subset of the academic world that has validated Mills' findings. For the rest of the physical chemistry academic world, they either don't know about it, or are content to wait and see. You far overestimate the responsiveness of academia to external challenge and change. They are largely preoccupied with their own matters.
You claim you're not in those fields so how do you know so much as to make such confident statements as these?

You see 'failure', and I see thirty years of progress in learning how to harness a new energy source, essentially single handedly.
So what happened to the rest of those scientists, variously described as quietly hardworking, swooshing from station to station in their labcoats, clipboards in hand? Weren't some of those press releases explicitly mentioning a rather large crew of "scientists"?

And nice ignoring of the point that Mills is just a shade-tree inventor who has exceedingly little background for making such breakthroughs; people who spend their entire lives in school and as a profession as physicists say that Mills' physics are crap, but the Little Inventor Who Could just keeps on chugging along. No, more like the Pied Piper of Bunktown, leading all the little investor rats to their financial doom.

BLP is a business and has intellectual property. They have every right to choose who validates their technology, and yes they will even pay the validators for their work. Perish the thought. You can kick and scream that it's not 'independent', but the work of validation is nonetheless done, and by qualified entities.
Easy to control what is said about it, which is one of the central points of his continual lies, you mean. You can kick and scream and whine about the mean old skeptics beating up on a misunderstood and enthusiastic Little Inventor Who Could, but reality is is that he's a greedy scammer who is blatantly lying about producing anything.

Wait, wait, wait. Quoting Robert L. Park, via way of Wikipedia:

Mills claims to have not only figured out a theory behind anti-gravity, but to have done so via a modification to quantum mechanics, meaning that he's unified gravity with quantum mechanics, but other physicists aren't making a fuss over it because it isn't their discovery?!
It's eye-rollingly pathetic, isn't it?
