The Trials of Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito: Part 24

You criticized them for skimpy clothing. You know what you said. Imagine the Kercher's horror when someone does that while claiming to defend their dignity.

I didn't mention their age, but they were hardly 'preteens' - that's all in your mind - the point was indecorous disrespectful behaviour in a Court of law.

The epitome of the ugly American abroad.

We get them in Finland, demanding 'the biggest burger you've got' at our hamburger stalls.

Mr Kercher's book was a touching memorial. He loved his daughter very much.

But he promoted evidence that simply did not exist.

Not least that all the credible, reliable evidence (and lack of evidence) very highly suggests (and is wholly compatible with) the notion that Kercher was "snatched away" (interesting emotive language there....) by just one "reckless pig" (ditto...):

Rudy Guede

(There's certainly zero credible, reliable evidence that Knox or Sollecito - or anyone else for that matter - participated in the assault and murder alongside Guede, and this in turn makes the combination of logic, reason, evidence and precedent lead to the near certainty that Guede acted alone in this horrific crime)

Try to have some empathy.

Please leave the Kerchers alone.

............ says the person who refers to their daughter/sister as "Mez", and thinks they need their dignity defended by making sexualized comments about preteens.

It's a mystery that you think these sorts of posts defend the dignity of the original victims to this horrible crime.

Better to be called a slut than be stabbed in the neck and raped.

The Kerchers have nothing to do with Amanda's self-styled tabloid image.

Your justification is so predictable. But Amanda has been acquitted of the murder...and was never charged with "rape".

What is your justification for your snide remarks toward Amanda's sisters? Sisters who did nothing but defend and support the sister they love and believed innocent...just as Stephanie did he sister?

Your remarks are self-revealing.

She was charged and convicted, which was upheld at appeal of 'aggravated murder'. The 'aggravated' part refers to rape (or more specifically, sexual assault). It was annulled because Marasca had its ears bent by Bongiorno.

I never once mentioned Amanda's sisters. All in yours and Bill's salacious minds.

Few people go to the police when they hear a scream (at least not in Seattle, according to acbytesla). I've heard loud screams from a neighbour (which btw I still recall today) when I lived in built-up Notting Hill, which concerned me, and then I decided it must be someone having a baby, or something.

Going to the police is cultural.

Even when learning the very next day that a gruesome murder took place in the cottage below your apartment?

Fear of going to the police can be cultural. That doesn't say much for how the Italians view their police, does it? Especially when they think they've pertinent information to a murder.

You have yet to acknowledge the two impossible things Capezalli claimed to have heard and seen, yet you claim she could not possibly have imagines such a horrible scream. Now, why is that?

I miss Grinder, and he aimed many barbs my way. I found out that he was actually a thoughtful guy who listened well.

"Who are you and what have you done with Grinder?"

I'm not Grinder either. I miss that pain in my backside too.

Clearly somewhere hot where you need three showers a day, like Amanda did - although by all accounts she was good at dodging the bath at all other times, apart from the murder night.
Nah, certainly not somewhere "hot". One shower a day suffices.

"By all accounts"? And by whose accounts exaclty would that be? How about listing some names of people who said she wasn't "clean"? Oh, yes....the unidentified policeman who said she "smelled like sex" even though she'd showered a few hours before.

That sound you hear is you scraping the bottom of the barrel.
