Because it's extraordinarily unlikely that there's something specifically "blackish" that makes black people prefer different careers.
It's irrelevant: the question is whether, in your hypothetical, black people as a general rule make this choice and whether this affects their outcomes.
It's much more likely that there's a social pressure and bias that makes them perceive certain careers as ones in which they, as a black person, are more likely to be successful against their white counterparts.
You seem to always conclude that it's social pressure. You do know that people are responsible for their own choices, right?
