Ponderingturtle is sarcastically expressing frustration over the way members bend over backwards to defend a Nazi from getting punched by comparing said punching with the Troubles of Northern Ireland, or even in one completely outrageous case, with the plight of Jews under Nazi rule.

Turtle has a long history of strawmanning everybody he has a discussion with on this forum. It's a nice way to avoid discussing the actual issue, mind you. Essentially, it boils down to this:

Turtle: "Piracy is theft."
Poster A: "Technically, it isn't. It's a different crime altogether."
Turtle: "Yep, there's absolutely nothing wrong with taking the fruit of people's efforts and hardship and not paying for it."

Yes, there is an objective definition of Nazi. It's someone who espouses Nazi ideology, including authoritarian government based on fascism, and ethnic purity of the citizens.
