There's a difference between what you understand the conversation to be about, and what it is. Clearly, my attempt to make you understand what it is have failed, but it isn't the first time I've failed to shake you from your misunderstandings.

Wrong as usual. Rather, this isn't the first time that you've confused your own misunderstanding for mine, and blamed me for your own ignorance.

As I wrote previously, I pretty much agree here. At the very least, Sebrel was menacing and aggressively harassing Aldrin. An argument could be made he was looking to get hit, was trying to provoke it.

This reminds me, this summer I'll be visiting an acquaintance who's a full-blown communist. Didn't get to talk politics yet with him yet. hopefully this time. He has a bookcase full of Lenin, Trotsky etc.

We're pretty much political opposites.

I really feel bad for Richard Spencer on so many levels. First of all look at his face in the video, he is genuinely hurt, EMOTIONALLY. Last few times I got sucker punched I started laughing because hell, I love that kind of party. But you know, he was really showing the kind of body language I would describe as emotive, even conciliatory. He was in the process of distancing himself from the people he sees as bad. This is a very delusional and misguided soul trying desperatly to communicate that he too is a human being. I personally would have went for his balls but like, still, it was a really sad video to watch. And please don't think this is cool. Be like Obama. Everyone just be like Obama, he doesn't HAVE to be that diplomatic and just really feels deep inside that he should start barking in Trump's face about how little science and reason and philosophy he has read... NO

Should be interesting. Though don't forget that Leninism is only one Marxist tendency among many, and not particularly a very good one, and that Marxism in general is only one communist tendency among many.

Yes, absolutely. I am on record here posting many studies and sources showing that drone strikes save both the lives of American and allied fighters as well as local civilians. Yes, sometimes civilians do get killed. But less than if you went after that same warlord with tanks, humvees, 50 cals, m320s, and m4s. And orders of magnitude less than if you let that human garbage live another day. So, that's something that if you have a problem with, you'll have to engage with the modern warfighting literature on. Thanks, and have a wonderful day.

Bro, if me and you want to stop seeing crazy people on the news, we have to start helping teaching people how to be sane. I used to believe in angels and aliens. I help people stop believing in nonsense as part of my every day life. This forum was way cooler when it was JREF and everyone remembered this mission *********** means something
 
When one advocates for violence against other demographic groups, one no longer gets to invoke a right to bodily safety because they've demonstrated they don't believe one exists.
