For Kapyong: Defending a historical Jesus

Again, you post more nonsense.

Jesus lives!!!!???

What fiction you write!!!!

You must know that if Jesus really lived that he MUST be dead now.

You have exposed that your Jesus is fiction.

I got it! Yours is not a religion. Yours is pure logic

Jesus and Plato are fictional characters, I get it.
Paul and Solon are figments of the imagination of ignorant folks.

Not a single one is real. There's no such thing as a "historical Plato".

When is your next mass? When can we gather to watch Jesus' corpse rot?

Why do you continue to write fiction??

I have never ever claimed or argued that "There's no such thing as a "historical Plato".

Please, stop now!!!

You are writing too much fiction.

In your previous post you claimed Jesus lives.

And this point is also worth noticing, that whereas the tales of Jesus have been vamped up by Peter and Paul and a few others of the kind,--men who were liars/u]....

The claim that Jesus lives after he was dead and buried was already known as a pack of lies since at least the 4th century.

You didn't specifically do it, but your reasoning about historical Jesus boils down to rejecting Plato on exactly the same basis. The difference is you are enrolled in a Jesus bashing religion while Plato is indifferent to you, that's why my remark surprises you

You're getting just what you asked. Your epistemology of "Jesus, Peter, Paul, John and tutti li fiocchi = empty set" is so twisted that it deserves replies in style.

Yes, I claim that Jesus lives. He's over there. Don't you see him? I think I do. Prove me wrong!

Nobody can even in principle prove you wrong when you state that you "think" you see Jesus. You may think you are a teapot or a bandicoot, and nobody could prove you don't "think" that. But it would be trivially simple to prove that your thinking in this matter is incorrect. Perhaps you do think you see Jesus. Who knows what you think?

I do!

The problem with dejudge is that they think their in-head ideation should exist outside their skull, so they repeat it constantly like a ritual: "Jesus, Paul, Simon Peter, John and the whole gang are a figment of somebody's imagination ... they didn't existed! ... they didn't existed!!". They seem to have some epistemologic approach, but as soon as you scratch the bad varnish you discover that it's just "all things not Jesus". And that's just for personal need, and not a good one.

Hence I will continue to fight dejudge and their suggestion there's no Socrates.

What contradictory absurdities your post.

You admit I never ever claimed there's no such thing as a "historical Plato" but you still continue with the fiction about Plato.

You are a writer of monstrous fables.

I asked you for historical evidence for your Jesus but you gave me fiction.

You have proven that you are a fiction writer like the authors of letters under the name of Paul.

Examine the words of a proven fiction writer.

1 Corinthians 15:15

Yea, and we are found false witnesses of God; because we have testified of God that he raised up Christ: whom he raised not up, if so be that the dead rise not.

The dead has never ever risen.

You're dodging the point. Your reasons to reject a historical Jesus are exactly the same you'd wield to argue rejecting a historical Socrates. The fact that you don't do it means nothing: you're reasons are personal and wrong, there are based on a religion of your own, one that needs to crush the basis of Christianity daily.

Just look at your vocabulary! You're preaching like those nomads in the Bible Belt who use tents! You've just chosen to preach gospels are wrong and not to preach Greek philosophers are wrong because they didn't existed.

You're monstrously wrong: Jesus lives and the Bible is the truth!!! :p

The dead has never ever risen.

Yet, curiously, you have chosen to preach that Jesus didn't existed instead of preaching the Bible lies about Jesus. That is extremely telling and goes to the base of your personal religion of nothingness which rituals you perform here -and Jesus knows in how many other places that bear with you- on a daily basis.

You still continue to write more fiction. I have never ever argued against or gave reasons to reject an historical Socrates.

I knew that you have zero historical evidence for Jesus and that you invent fiction.

You don't see your Jesus!!!

Stop writing fiction.

Your Jesus does not live anywhere.

Off course you didn't. If your religion asked to attack ancient Greek philosophers you would reject the existence of a historical Socrates with the same lame argumentation you use not only to reject a historical Jesus but every character in the Bible using exactly the same rhetorical ****.

But your religion asks you to kill Jesus every time someone says: Jesus lives!

And you have already proved me right with your inability to understand such simple facts. Your religion includes large blind spots, like any religion.

You invent your own fiction and then believe it.

You are spouting the belief of the Christian religion.

It is absolute nonsense [complete fiction] that "Jesus lives".

Why are you spreading the fiction that Jesus lives? Did your Jesus ask you to do it?

Matthew 10:33
But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.

Some people believe that if they don't tell others that Jesus lives they will not go to heaven.

Not to worry---Jesus, Satan and Paul never ever existed.

The Jesus stories were written by men who were liars.

I think you're engaged in a different discussion. This is about whether Jesus did or did not live in the historical past. Proclamations like "The Bible is true, Jesus lives" are asservations of religious faith, not statements of fact. If Jesus ever did live - I think it is probable that there was such a person - he is now dead. To say that is not to make a religious statement, but a rational one, based on universal and unchallengeable observations about the human lifespan.

The probability that there was a Jesus of Nazareth as described in Christian writings is next to zero or a smaller number.

Meaningless, and not being argued, as well you know. Being argued is this: the references to Jesus in Christian writings are based on a person who really existed, with probability of fifty percent or higher.

You continue to spout your personal religion here. There are public parks for that propaganda.

I think you're engaged in a different discussion.

Tell that to dejudge. Her ritualistic repetition of a religious belief is out of place here, especially when it is a one-person religion, one shaped around one person's psyche. That's why she repeats herself once and again, day after day, dropping the exact same stereotypical replies once she is stimulated to do it.

Meaningless, and not being argued, as well you know. Being argued is this: the references to Jesus in Christian writings are based on a person who really existed, with probability of fifty percent or higher.

dejudge religion of "kill Jesus at all cost" is irrational, as any religion. Jesus in as an unlikely historical figure as Zoroaster, Siddharta Gautama or Solon. And much more certain a historical figure than Homer.

But dejudge's religion taints any discussion. She may be rational enough to consider the likely historicity of Socrates, but when Jesus is named a reaction is provoked in dejudge that demands it to be counteracted with any manure she can pull until her ritualistic impulse is clenched. You have a dozen posts above that prove that; posts that I elicit with "Jesus lives!!!" and similar arguments.

That's why I continue to repeat "Jesus lives!!!". It hasn't to do with any religion, but dejudge's which contaminates this thread with its irrational demands in would-be rational disguise.

There can be no argument that you have zero historical evidence for your living Jesus.

There can be no argument that you have no contemporary stories of your living Jesus---All stories of Jesus are either fiction and/or forgeries/false attribution dated no earlier than the 2nd century.

There is virtually no probability that your living Jesus ever existed or could have.

The references to Jesus in Christian writings are no different to their references to Satan, the Holy Ghost and angels.

1. The Holy Ghost is the father of Jesus in Christian writings.

2. Jesus and Satan were contemporaries and were together, conversing with each other, at the Jewish Temple in Jerusalem in Christian writings.

3. Jesus was in the company of angels in a wilderness in Christian writings.

4. Jesus used to walk on water for miles in Christian writings.

5. Jesus instantly transfigured in Christian writings.

6. Jesus walked through closed doors after he was dead.

7. Jesus had a "fish fry" after he was dead in Christian writings

8. Jesus ate fish and honey after he was dead in Christian writings.

9. Jesus conversed with his disciples after he was dead in Christian writings.

10. Jesus was taken up in a cloud after he was dead in Christian writings.

Jesus was a product of all fiction just like Satan, the Holy Ghost and angels.

Jesus never ever existed.

There is virtually no probability that your living Jesus ever existed or could have.

Jesus was always fiction from conception to ascension.
