For Kapyong: Defending a historical Jesus

You continue to spout your personal religion here. There are public parks for that propaganda.

You still continue to write fiction. You don't seem to know the difference between an argument and religion.

Your claim that Jesus lives is similar to the Christian religion.

Jesus lives is non-historical garbage.

That's why I continue to repeat "Jesus lives!!!". It hasn't to do with any religion, but dejudge's which contaminates this thread with its irrational demands in would-be rational disguise.

You must repeat the irrational belief and known fiction of the Christian religion that Jesus lives because you will never ever be able to present any historical evidence for your Jesus.

Your Jesus is fiction just like the Holy Ghost.

The father of Jesus was fiction [a Holy Ghost].

NLV Matthew 1-----The birth of Jesus Christ was like this: Mary His mother had been promised in marriage to Joseph. Before they were married, it was learned that she was to have a baby by the Holy Spirit.

It's hopeless. Nothing you can do will put an end to, or cause to be modified in any way, the relentless, unthinking repetition of this kind of material, as long as dejudge has access to a "paste" function.

What jokes you post!!!!

You don't want me to paste the evidence that Jesus was the product of fiction

Even Christians admitted their Jesus was never born.

1. Faustus said: Do I believe the gospel? Certainly. Do I therefore believe that Christ was born? Certainly not.
It does not follow that because I believe the gospel, as I do, I must therefore believe that Christ was born....

There was never ever any historical evidence of Jesus.

There was never ever any historical document of the birth of Jesus in the history of mankind.

Jesus was always fiction.

According to your own linked source, Augustine replied, to the denial that Jesus had been born, in these terms
Well, in answer to your own questions, you tell us first that you believe the gospel, and next, that you do not believe in the birth of Christ; and your reason is, that the birth of Christ is not in the gospel. What, then, will you answer the apostle when he says, "Remember that Christ Jesus rose from the dead, of the seed of David, according to my gospel?" 2 Timothy 2:8 You surely are ignorant, or pretend to be ignorant, what the gospel is. You use the word, not as the apostle teaches, but as suits your own errors.

Remember Christ Jesus rose from the dead---Remember the fiction.

Now, keep on reading what is written about Jesus----

"The first man of the earth, earthy, is Adam, who was made of dust. The second man from heaven, heavenly, is the Lord Jesus Christ".

Jesus is from heaven not from earth.

Jesus is fiction from a non-historical place.

You simply ignore my post. Who was more authoritative as a source of Christian doctrine, Faustus or Augustine? ... a thousand different questions suggest themselves, if you want to make an attempt to understand the passage you cited.

But what do you do? You hit the "paste" key again and churn out a repetition of the same stuff; and that is all you will ever do. It's quite remarkable, almost non-human.

I go for technicalities. TOCs are like religion, and dejudge is a book example of it. So she is in the right forum but in the wrong topic.

Besides, I have noticed the copypasta, especially in those posts when she evidently forgot to read the posts she was replying. But as copy paste is spam, I will start the analysis of her chunks of text.

Any religion is nefarious, and dejudge's is the most nefarious of them all.

What hopelessly absurd question you ask!!! Fiction is fiction whether or not it is from a supposed authoritative source.

Writings attributed to Augusdtine state Jesus, God and a Holy Ghost were one and the same substance.

http://www.newadvent.org/fathers/130101.htm

On the Trinity attributed to Augustine 4.
Wherefore, our Lord God helping, we will undertake to render, as far as we are able, that very account which they so importunately demand: viz., that the Trinity is the one and only and true God, and also how the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are rightly said, believed, understood, to be of one and the same substance or essence...

Jesus, God and the Holy Ghost are the same substance.

Jesus, God and the Holy Ghost are all fiction.

http://www.newadvent.org/fathers/130101.htm

On the Trinity
7. All those Catholic expounders of the divine Scriptures, both Old and New, whom I have been able to read, who have written before me concerning the Trinity, Who is God, have purposed to teach, according to the Scriptures, this doctrine, that the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit intimate a divine unity of one and the same substance in an indivisible equality; and therefore that they are not three Gods, but one God....

Jesus is God .

Jesus is fiction.

On the Trinity attributed to Augustine
9. They who have said that our Lord Jesus Christ is not God, or not very God, or not with the Father the One and only God, or not truly immortal because changeable, are proved wrong by the most plain and unanimous voice of divine testimonies....

Augustine's Jesus is God of very God.

Augustine's Jesus is fiction.

There are hundreds of writings of antiquity which show Jesus as a fiction character called God Creator [the Logos] or God of God--the Lord from heaven.

No, I still don't think you're developing your arguments very well. It seems to me that you're operating that old "paste" function, when what is really needed is "brain" function.

I am extremely delighted that you mention "brain" function because you are the one who wanted to know who was a more authoritative source of Christian doctrine.

Craig B said:

The Christian doctrine of Faustus is that Jesus existed without birth.

The Christian doctrine of Augustine is that Jesus was God of God without a human father.

Please engage your "brain" function!!!! Choose your authoritative source

Jesus is a fiction character in all Christian sources.

Jesus never ever existed.

dejudge is the proof that Jesus lives. Nothing more consubstantial than dejudge and a living Jesus.

OK. Switching brain on ... bleep bleep ... examining proposition "Christian doctrine of Faustus" ... bleep bleep ... scanning datasets ... operation completed. Result: doctrine of Faustus is not Christian. Therefore proposition "Christian doctrine of Faustus" has null rational content. Faustus of MileveWP was a Manichean, not a Christian! Brain switched on again ... bleep bleep ... examining abstract of Augustine Confessions Book 5:
- Faustus, a bishop of the Manichaeans, comes to Carthage.
- Augustine is disappointed on finding that Faustus cannot settle the discrepancies between the doctrines of the Manicheans and known scientific facts.
- Against the wishes of his mother he leaves for Rome, where he still associates with the Manicheans but no longer believes in their doctrines.
Alarm, emergency situation! Brain overload. Operator error. Bleep bleep. Ends.

You seem to have no idea who are called Christians. You seem not to understand that there were multiple cult of Christians even today who have differing Christian doctrine.

Examine Dialogue with Trypho attributed to Justin

For some in one way, others in another, teach to blaspheme the Maker of all things, and Christ, who was foretold by Him as coming, and the God of Abraham, and of Isaac, and of Jacob, with whom we have nothing in common, since we know them to be atheists, impious, unrighteous, and sinful, and confessors of Jesus in name only, instead of worshippers of Him.

Yet they style themselves Christians, just as certain among the Gentiles inscribe the name of God upon the works of their own hands, and partake in nefarious and impious rites.)

Some are called Marcians, and some Valentinians, and some Basilidians, and some Saturnilians, and others by other names

You seem to have no idea that Augustine's Christian doctrine that Jesus was God of God is completely contrary to facts [scientific or not].

Examine Augustine's On Christian Doctrine.

http://www.newadvent.org/fathers/12021.htm

The Trinity, one God, of whom are all things, through whom are all things, in whom are all things.

Thus the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, and each of these by Himself, is God, and at the same time they are all one God; and each of them by Himself is a complete substance, and yet they are all one substance.

Augustine's Christian Doctrine is monstrous non-scientific non-historical garbage.

Aaargh! My poor brain! Earlier you required my brain to decide if Faustus or Augustine has the more authoritative Christian doctrine. But my brain function overloaded because Faustus' doctrine isn't Christian at all! So your question contained a logical contradiction and it blew my circuits.

Now what has my brain got to do? Ooh, it is only required to understand that there are differing Christian doctrines. That's too trivial a problem to waste good brain cells on, so I won't bother. Otherwise where will it all end, the work you make for these little grey cells?

If your circuits were blown then you will not be able to engage "brain function".

1. All manuscripts with stories of Jesus of Nazareth and Paul of Tarsus are dated no earlier than the 2nd-3rd century.

2. All writings attributed to 1st century non-Apologetic writers do not mention Jesus of Nazareth and Paul of Tarsus.

3. All stories about Jesus and Paul are compilations of fiction, forgeries or false attribution.

4. All stories of Jesus and Paul are uncorroborated by non-apologetic sources.

The abundance of evidence support the argument that Jesus and Paul were always products of fiction.

More of your religion? It boils down to "as they are indirect sources you always can find something that can be doubted so I (dejudge) simply depart of that doubt and append my religious creed to it". Taking the scriptures at face value and taking dejudge's words at face value is equally stupid with the aggravating circumstance of dejudge's being just a piece of contemporary individual whim without any value nor contribution to the current culture.
