Who killed Meredith Kercher? part 23

No, some guy on Twitter. Sees himself as a budding defense attorney. Nice enough to chat to.

Yeah, seems like he would be a swell guy. Think he can help Rudy out with his appeal for murdering Mez?

Do you object to the legal premises for Rudy's conviction, Vixen?

I believe in fairness. The courts decided fairly and after hearing all of the evidence, there were multiple attackers, and that Rudy was guilty of aggravated murder as the accessory and that it was A N Other who fatally wounded Mez, namely Amanda. The scientific DNA, luminol, phone records and autopsy evdience supports this view.

Here we go again.

Name one peer reviewed forensic DNA expert who agrees with Stefanoni's work. You can't.

You've just lied in the post above. The scientific DNA does not support the view you are one of the chief public relations proponents of.

Dr. Gill’s professional opinion on the knife correlates with Profs. Stefano Conti and Carla Vecchiotti of the University of Rome. Conti and Vecchiotti analyzed the DNA evidence at the request of the court during Knox and Sollecito’s successful appeal. Conti and Vecchiotti concluded that contamination could not be ruled out because recommendations of the international scientific community regarding Low Copy Number (LCN) samples were not properly followed when testing the knife.

With respect to the collection of the bra clasp, Dr. Gill wrote: “There is strong evidence to show that the failure of investigators to change their gloves in between handling items and potentially touching door handles is high risk, giving credibility to the defense proposition that Sollecito’s DNA was transferred as a result of cross contamination.” Dr. Gill goes on to say that the principle of cross transfer mediated by latex gloves is demonstrably high risk.

LOL the Italians are now fighting against a barrier they themselves created.

In the US after a wrongful conviction is obliterated the prosecutor may pound sand but everybody moves on and in cases where they've caught the actual killer they remain in prison.

In Italy they go...wait a minute...10 trials ago we found that Rudy Guede was found guilty of a very specific statute in our legal code Sec 666 paragraph 420: Standing next to Devious American Girl while she carries out her Satanic Sex Orgy Crimes. If she wasn't there then obviously we must also release this rapist killer back onto the street. :boggled:

Such a good case that never stops giving.

Vixen, I believe in fairness as well. For example, when a pair of individuals are exonerated by the highest court of appeal, and numerous publications from the top forensic scientists in the world have proven the evidence used to provisionally convict the pair was faulty and misinterpreted, then those individuals should be free of further harassment because they are factually innocent.

It seems you have a peculiar definition of "fair". Do you define "fair" as "lock up the slutty American girl regardless of the lack of evidence and the decision of the Italian Supreme Court"?

It sounds like you support Rudy's appeal, by the way. Do you find it ironic that you call those of us who support Amanda "murder groupies"? I am sure this isn't lost on the people reading this thread.

Hey gotta help poor ol' Rudy. Or is it all for Mez? So confusing to keep track of the guilter narrative. It's almost like they don't have a stable sense of self.

:D

That was very clever.

:bigclap

That was quite deliberate I assure you. I couldn't deny you the joy of searching through google in your desperate, but tragically failing, attempt to try to look superior.

It just never gets old watching Vixen try and get out of things! I bet it was "quite deliberate" when she posted the picture of the window with the grate (to prove there was no grate) just so LJ would go off in a google search.

A relative of mine who knows of my interest in this case always let's me get 1 1/2 sentences out, before putting up his hand to get me to stop talking.

He then says: look, to understand the Italian legal system to to realize that it exists to make lawyers rich.

Of course Rudy is going to get another trial!

Next question.

I know! Dammit! I know nothing and have very little advanced education and very few powers of intellect or analysis, so I just run round googling stuff then pretend (usually after the fact) to be knowledgeable and analytical. Then I project my deficits onto someone else whom I dislike.

Oh. Wait a minute........ :D

What is particularly silly is when Vixen chucks this into a post.....

.... their guilt is confirmed by the scientific DNA .....
..... as if chucking it in there proves something.

Then...... Vixen will not provide one name of a peer-reviewed forensic DNA expert who agrees with the Scientific police's conclusions. Not one.

Professor David Balding, Prof Novelli, Torrecelli (_sp?). It is incontrovertible that Mez' DNA was on the knife blade, Amanda's on the hilt and Raff's on the bra clasp.

There's also the luminol, bathmat stain, mixed DNA, phone logs, the plethora of lies. It's as plain as the nose on your face.

None of that is incontrovertible. Novelli confirmed that Stefanoni's labs did not follow international protocols.

Please stop using the familiar name for Meredith. Without the negative controls all we have is Stefanoni's says so, there's no data which says it was hers. Besides, Stefanoni was the only one who ever claimed to see the Phantom striation on the knife, that no one has seen since.

Wow . . . . . What can one say in response? What should one say in response? Why even respond?

Maybe the words of P. Ganong are appropriate: "thanks for stopping by".

'International protocols' is a lie and a figment of Vecchiotti's dishonest imagination. All results were within the parameters of Italy's DNA standards.

Stop telling me what to do.

LOL! The lack of following International protocols was what Novelli said!!! Hoots.

I'm not telling you what to do. It's a request to show some decency.

If it was "as plain as the nose on your face", then a) it's a guarantee that none of the world-renowned DNA and forensics experts would have gone so public in their extreme criticism of Stefanoni's incompetence/mendacity and the courts' ignorance of the matter, and b) it would have been a slam-dunk for every court at every level to convict (I had to google all that to understand it...).

Oh wait, I forgot: every one of those renowned experts with academic credibility or practitioner credibility to safeguard was in the pay of the "Knox PR Juggernaut", and every acquitting court in Italy (most especially one of the sections of the Supreme Court - the highest and most sacrosanct criminal court in Italy) was either corrupt or incompetent.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! :D:thumbsup::rolleyes:
