Obviously, it is a pre hearing to see if there is a case for review. However, everyone was predicting it would be rejected at the sifting stage. Now he will have top legal representatives to plead his case.

It will mean Marasca & Bruno will have a fine-tooth comb going over their reasoning and all their illogicalities and contradictions highlighted in front of Florence.

That was quite deliberate I assure you. I couldn't deny you the joy of searching through google in your desperate, but tragically failing, attempt to try to look superior.

Can someone explain to me why Rudy Guede, the man who murdered Meredith Kercher, has a press officer and a spokesman?

Vixen, do you have friends from your internet community that are helping Rudy Hermann Guede in his appeal request? Are you involved in this?

Why do you constantly call us "murder groupies" when the ONE person everyone agrees participated in the killing is defended by you and your ilk? Is this "all for Mez"? Or is it another case of psychological projection?

In her email home to the world, when she was asked by police to keep matter confidential, she outrageously claimed the police asked her if Mez had 'anal sex', which is an obvious lie and an attempt to degrade Mez even in death. She does this again in court when she describes Mez' life blood as 'Ew', and claims she thought it was Mez' menstrual blood, when as we all now know it was Amanda who was the one who left Mez to clean up her mess after her.

The amount of vicious, entirely unsupported invective presented as fact in this post is simply breathtaking. Disgusting.

And apparently it's national anti-bullying week this week. Who knew?!!

I can only speak for myself. I know of only one person actively supporting Rudy. Plus there is a whole community on his Facebook page. I don't think it is so much they think he is innocent, they are questioning the legal premises.

He is clearly guilty as charged IMV.

Oh right. Two psychopaths coldly and calculatingly looking for 'extreme experiences' and angry and affronted the girl was snubbed on Halloween, set out to enact a fantasy torture of an innocent young woman, and we have to scrape and bow to them and their supporters.

You do if they're able to get the local stranger burglar to come on his own free will to their crime scene on a moment's notice, rape their victim, and leave 100% of the definitive timestamped forensic evidence and then stage his precise idiosyncratic break-in method they couldn't know a thing about. And then use mind control powers to make him spill story after story of self evident lies that make no sense, making it look like he's just a burglar trying to weasel his way out of his crime.

That's just the point where you go "ok you win, you get a free pass to kill" i mean that's just impressive.

And then the cherry on top is, the only people who are able to see clearly through this genius mastermind charade are weirdo obsessive internet people 99% of whom hide out in locked down echo chambers reassuring each other the case couldn't possibly go wrong.

Vixen does not adress the issue why would someone with a racist hatred of black people help a black man rape and murder a white woman.
