Maybe the federal government should consider handling this sort of thing, then.
That would be interfering in the States' right to organise their own voting rules and regulation. Another example of the Federal jackboot of oppression crushing the federal ideals of the U.S.

I don't know who on this board first brought it up but characterising the US as a third world nation with a first world economy whilst wildly hyperbolic does seem to have some truth when it comes to some electoral practices, levels of income and wealth inequality and prevailing opinion among large swathes of the electorate when it comes matters like healthcare, welfare and universal standards of policing.
