Trump is desperate and throwing every thing he can against the wall. The man knows nothing about foreign policy and a couple of months ago he was saying we should be using our nuclear arsenal and now the orange idiot thinks Hillary will start WWIII?

It's part of the aging out process. There are lots of people whose memories of those years are garnered only from TV, the movies, and in rare cases, books, so the memories are romanticized

Well, half of that is over.... Trump's no longer doing fundraisers, according to his team. That's probably what the RNC conf call is all about. They want him to pull support from any Trump efforts and spend the money down ticket. They don't think for a second that any of the money he's raising on the internet is going anywhere other than The Great Orange Dog & Pony Show.

Any idea about how much Trump is spending on ad buys? Something tells me that Trump is trying to find a way to divert as much of that into his pocket as possible.

I learned yesterday (Maddow I think) that the RNC still has till Dec '17 on the 35 year old court order for polling station intimidation.

Violating that will be a very stupid move.

I think Biden did so knowing that Trump couldn't resist. As always, to the Trumpettes, this is manly man talk. To the undecided, hopefully, just another in the never-ending series of proofs that Trump doesn't know when to step back. "I love denying things!"

Even his Foundations biggest donors, the McMahons, couldn't kayfabe interest in a tussle between a 73 year old and a 70 year old. (Although I'd pay big bucks to see Trump in tights. It would be a Reverse Nixon. Hillary would win 49 states to 1, and I'm not even sure where that one would come from.)

Oh, I think you are very wrong about that (if they are celebrities, plus the partisan angle). The ratings would probably be higher than the Super Bowl.

Terrible idea of course, but a lot of people would be very interested. In high school any fight would draw a crowd of gawkers. Doesn't matter who it is.

That was my feeling, Biden isn't running for POTUS and probably judged that successfully baiting Trump to get into a utterly bizarre and humiliating boasting match, harms the electoral chances of the GOP.

He decided that it could be fun being the pig and getting to wrestle with his ally's opponent.
