This particular email was about Benghazi, and Kennedy wanted it declassified so he could with hold it from the foia production on the basis of the deliberation exception..

Well I'm not familiar with "deliberate exception". What is it?

Deliberation exception, not deliberate exception. Otherwise, carry on.

If I am connecting the dots correctly, it refers to Exemption 5 in the DoJ FOIA guidelines.

New wikileaks say there was pay to play with Morocco, except Hillary didn't hold up her end of the pay to play. Apparently a donation was going to be given to CGI on the condition that Hillary show up at a speech, but she never showed up.

Yawn. In 2015, when Clinton was a private citizen, Morocco wanted her to be at a CGI conference supposedly as part of a condition for a donation, yet she didn't show. Where's that dud .gif ?

For wikileaks, that's about as close to a bombshell that you can get!

As the controversy over Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email system built last year, some of her top aides considered having her express regret for how the arrangement affected the State Department’s handling of Freedom of Information Act requests, according to a hacked email released by WikiLeaks.

However, the statement of regret appears to have been edited out of the proposed statements and never issued.

guess the candidate and her team of fixers did not really regret it after all, but avid readers already knew that.

they wanted to get away with it

New Wikileaks emails about Hillary's cowboy server. From Neera Tanden

This is a cheryl special. Know you love her, but this stuff is like her Achilles heal. Or kryptonite. she just can't say no to this ****. Why didn't they get this stuff out like 18 months ago? So crazy.

she answered her own question:

> i guess I know the answer > they wanted to get away with it

The sneering contempt that Hillary and her Gang had for governmental transparency is appalling.

I know I, for sure, am appalled just thinking about it. I agree that her contempt is not just run-of-the-mill contempt, but sneering as well. I don't know who the person you quoted was, but they were spot on.

I mean, it's almost standard at this point, considering all of the politicians that do/have done the same, but I agree. She is sneering and I am appalled.

Face palm.

Well thanks for "checking in."

I think your sarcasm detector might be broken as I couldn't have possibly laid it on thicker. You should take that in to get checked. I needed the fluid changed in mine about 2 months ago, works like a charm now.

Anyway, why is this blockbusting and important? A politician wanted to get away with something? I'm sure that there is no way this can be true. Especially in the United States where every politician we've ever had has been nothing but truthful, honest, and upstanding in their civic duties. (Since I think we have to say it now, that was sarcasm). Nothing they release will change any votes at this point, and to be honest, it's just more white noise. Look at Trump voters. They're voting for Trump, they've said as much, and he says the craziest **** ever. Nothing he says will change their mind, why do you expect everyone else to abandon ship? The fact that you're down to cherry picking a few little snippets to score the tiniest of "Hillary bad" points, is really saying a lot. Are people even really paying attention anymore? I mean, I know you are, but is there anyone outside of people that comb wikileaks, praying, hoping, and pleading for there to be something worth a damn, even paying attention? Even if this thread weren't about Clinton, the fact remains that this vote is between Trump and Clinton. Nothing wikileaks releases at this point would change the majority of America's minds. It's just, "meh".

Wikileaks should lay off that dead horse, that damn thing is nothing but pulp and tail at this point.

Obama knew Clinton was using a private, non-secure server and still exchanged email with her? No wonder the FBI was in such a hurry to give immunity to everyone involved for absolutely nothing in return.

Do we actually know who told Hillary she could use a private email? And has that person been drawn and quartered? Like whole thing is *********** insane.

Neera Tanden to John Podesta.

If anyone did, Neera, it appear that they have taken the Fifth.

And the Dopes in The Clinton campaign are complaining that the Russians are trying to rig the election by showing what a bunch of cretins Hillary and her crime gang are.

More from Wikileaks:

Podesta wrote: "We've taken on a lot of water that won't be easy to pump out of the boat. Most of that has to do with terrible decisions made pre-campaign, but a lot has to do with her instincts."

Tanden replied: "Almost no one knows better than me that her instincts can be terrible."

Hillary's Many Character Flaws

Discussing the Clinton Gangs truly inept handling of the E-mail scandal, Tanden wrote to Podesta: "Her inability to just do a national interview and communicate genuine feelings of remorse and regret is now, I fear, becoming a character problem (more so than honesty)."

Quick poll, which of Hillary's character flaws is the more debilitating:

1. her lack of honesty or
2. her lack of the ability to feel remorse.

I gotta go with 1.

Hillary Rodham Clinton could dismember and eat a baby on live television and still be a better political candidate than Donald "that makes me smart" Trump.

Everything was taken care of

After the NYTimes published their bombshell report, Podesta asked Hillary's campaign manager if he was aware of the depth of the story.

Nope. We brought up the existence of emails in reserach (sic) this summer but were told that everything was taken care of.

Summer would have been Summer of 2014, which is long before the Clinton crew turned over the emails to State. Sounds like the Fix was in long before that.

https://wikileaks.com/podesta-emails/emailid/34370

Hell Hillary and her incompetent gang even lied to her own campaign staff, think of the level of contempt they hold for her regular supporters.

Any more one liners for today, The Big Dog? This is all stuff we already knew. That she regretted doing the email server, she didn't want it to get out, and that she has a public issue with honesty.

Nonetheless, none of this disqualifies her from being President. I have to give it to Wikileaks though, they are trying as hard as they can at this. The sad thing is, all of this stuff would be damning if the opposite candidate was anyone other than Donald Trump.

But yeah...tough break man. Still a big fat nothing.

Also, "the fix was in"? *********** seriously. Again we venture into conspiracy theory land where she's devious and conniving enough to "take care of everything" but not intelligent enough to actually follow through with it. In that there were hard drives, data backups, a cache of her emails, and so on. I mean, ****, this release doesn't even match up with any of the other timelines. Anyway, another "sky is falling" moment, only to be disregarded by the fact that Hillary will win the election, and Wikileaks still showing themselves to be the puppet of Russian intelligence.
