That was my understanding too. So an insurance company can set up shop in as many states as it wants, but each will have slightly different rules as to what they can and cannot do.
 
He doesn't get it, the reason the mods keep asking him to clarify and not Clinton is because her answers are actual answers, his are the usual, I'm great, trust me.

He's certainly making ME ill. My first plan for this was to be in the other room with headphones on. I should have stuck with that.

Now lying about being against the war. And immigration. And repeating almost verbatim his "Mexicans are murderers and rapists" line from his announcement.
 
How is he gonna force foreigners back into their county if their county doesn't want them back? Parachute them out of an airplane?

And.... that's why he's hiding behind the chair. He realized he was looking like Il Douche so now he puts a chair between them so the mean lady won't pick on him.

Isn't there a rule in kids' sports where if one team is losing by too much they go ahead and end the game early, to avoid hurting their feelings by allowing too crushing a defeat?
