here is the troubling *question of why Knox initially claimed to have been in the house and told police that she had seen a local barman, Patrick Lumumba, kill Meredith.

It led to cops arresting him, and he spent two weeks in jail before being ruled out of the investigation.

Why say that?

And if the court believes others were involved in the case, who were they? If it wasn’t Knox and Sollecito, who was it?

The trial court findings and the appeal remain a valid part of the court documents and facts that were upheld. The only facts thrown out were those that (a) went to appeal and (b) succeeded. The only part of the appeal that succeeded was the DNA evidence regarding the bra clasp and the knife, was struck out.

All the other facts found by the two merits courts still stand.

As Lumumba had recently changed his number, there was nothing in her contacts for police to link it to Lumumba.

As the 'bene' is contingent on a verb (unlike, emptor, which is a noun, and can be separated from the verb with a comma if the word order changes), it thus must take the imperative form only, i.e.,' Nota Bene!'

The directors of the film and the producer Morse didn't fact check either, or, more likely, they knew perfectly well of the facts, and then set about obliterating them, changing them and revising history to suit their dishonest agenda.

Given Amanda and Raff were found guilty at both trial level and appeal court level (and it wasn't even Mignini involved, here), it would be legally impossible for the Supreme Court to find someone convicted of a serious crime, 'innocent', without remitting the matter back to the Appeal Court.

There was no 'new evidence' (i.e., the 'real' murderers to step forward) nor any finding of a 'miscarriage of justice'.

The trial and appeal - apart from Hellmann - was fair and balanced.

Desperate and lost soul howling at the moon. In the mean time life and reality move on.

And do you know what? Whilst I was often offended and shocked by their rudeness and crassness (for example, I once asked one of these cockney traders, 'Did you have a nice weekend?' and got back an extremely filthy reply about what he did to his wife, and I never asked again), their transparent honesty was refreshing. Best working years of my life, the nighclubs and the wine bars.

The Wolf of Wall Street was exactly like it is and whole teams of City traders went to see the film in party outfits. I saw it four times, it was so accurate.

I don't "do" Twitter, but from what can be gathered the Twitter storm has taken a huge turn. The PGP position which used to be tweeted with abandon, is now dropping like Donald Trump in the polls. The PGP regulars who used to cut-and-paste their stuff to every hashtag and news-comments-sections are (seemingly) being swamped with a new, crowd-sourced avalanche.

The only quibble - Nick Pisa is taking more of a beating than Giuliano Mignini. It's astounding to watch this avalanche-reversal.

You have obviously not seen the documentary. He says, plain as day, he did not fact-check. He even offers the reason why he could not fact-check, and still get paid for his pieces.

He admits at the end he got it wrong, and says the reason he got it wrong was because of his "sources".

As the documentary showed, the Kerchers were lied to by Mignini, his leaks to the media(as explained by Piso), and Rudys lawyer, all of whom had an agenda for framing the American witch.
