Trump runs for POTUS / Trumped Up! Part V

Well, I'm a Commercial Pilot and Flight Instructor and in my "industry" pilots get charged with "workplace violations" with some regularity.
Really? Like flying while intoxicated? Hardly the regulations I speak of.

Do give us a workplace regulation or two as examples of these laws that lead to civil or criminal charges, as opposed to a list of laws/regulations the inspectors want to see corrected before their next inspection.

Page 65, (I'm not caught up to real time yet):

The Fifth Amendment is not dependent upon why you don't want to testify, and in fact it cannot be assumed you are guilty of something because you plead the Fifth. That instruction is given to jurors whenever someone pleads the Fifth in court. The Fifth Amendment gives suspects the right to say no to police interrogations. It's a protection of civil rights because police are known to abuse people to exact confessions.

I can only speculate, but I would imagine that not every employee can just call up Trump's returns and send them to the printer. Quite likely there are a handful of people who can look at them and those people are watched very closely.
I'm speculating too but I suspect the IRS has a separate division for complicated returns and wealthy tax payers.

It's not that banks won't do business with Trump - it's just that he has a terrible credit score due to his bankruptcies.
It is entirely possible that Trump wants to be president to force the banks to give him better deals.
Given Sunstealers claims I am waiting for them to provide us with the credit ratings for Trump businesses.

I just want them to go with the "the embargo was a bad idea so who cares if he broke it?"

Lawrence O'Donnell played a clip of the Donald at the time this was going on. Trump felt the need to tell an audience that Castro was a murderer and the embargo was a critical tool to use against him.

After all, is that hypocrisy out of character for Trump?

Back to the Fifth Amendment:

Where Did the Fifth Amendment Come From?
The Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution provides that "no person ... shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself." The right was created in reaction to the excesses of the Courts of Star Chamber and High Commission—British courts of equity that operated from 1487-1641. These courts utilized the inquisitorial method of truth-seeking as opposed to the prosecutorial, meaning that prosecutors did not bear the burden of proving a case, but that sufficient "proof" came from browbeating confessions out of the accused....

England incorporated this principle of nemo tenetur—that no man should be bound to accuse himself. By the 18th century, English law provided that neither confessions coerced during the trial nor pretrial confessions obtained through torture could be used. This was based on the belief that coerced confessions were inherently unreliable.
The amendment protects people from police interrogation tactics.

Here's an article from fivethirtyeight.com that I found interesting regarding the lost tribe of white voters. Their conclusion is that there are millions of poorly educated whites who have not voted and many are not registered to vote.

The indications however are that there is no indication that they are registering to vote in any numbers:

http://fivethirtyeight.com/features...-elect-trump-but-first-they-need-to-register/

Here’s a scary stat for Democrats: In 2012, President Obama won re-election by almost 5 million votes, but about 47 million eligible white voters without a college degree — including 24 million men — didn’t bother to vote. In 2016, these nonvoters are part of the demographic that is most strongly in favor of Donald Trump.

If Trump rouses even a fraction of these notoriously disaffected Americans — like this grease-smudged, 61-year-old first-time voter in western Pennsylvania — he could surge to victory. There’s just one catch: If we’re on the cusp of a blue-collar Great Awakening, it’s not yet showing up in the registration data.

Donald had another meltdown on Twitter.

The best temperament.

The bigger question is: who is the idiot in the Trump campaign who let him have his phone back?
I thought between Conway and Ivanka they've found all iPhones and Androids.

After all, we can't trust the future leader of the free world with a twitter -capable device.

Which leads to the following question:

What is the most amazing?
1) That he can't control himself.
2) That (as you wrote) the campaign is so inept that they can't control his Twitter feed.
3) That given all this, the race is to close to call.

Can't read that here. What does it say?
From oldest to newest:

"Wow, did you see how badly @CNN (Clinton News Network) is doing in the ratings. With people like @donlemon, who could expect any more?"

"Anytime you see a story about me or my campaign saying "sources said," DO NOT believe it. There are no sources, they are just made up lies!"

"Wow, Crooked Hillary was duped and used by my worst Miss U. Hillary floated her as an "angel" without checking her past, which is terrible!"

"Using Alicia M in the debate as a paragon of virtue just shows that Crooked Hillary suffers from BAD JUDGEMENT! Hillary was set up by a con."

"Did Crooked Hillary help disgusting (check out sex tape and past) Alicia M become a U.S. citizen so she could use her in the debate?"

Oi vey.

I can see it now, a bunch of ignorant rednecks starting a riot because they can't vote - because they're not registered.

The deck was stacked! Killary cheated!!

A lot of **** is landing on Trump right now and yup, he's in meltdown mode again. But at least he has a strategy for dealing with the bad press...

No number of laughing dogs would do justice.
