The meaning is this.
My telepathic investigations have led me to believe that one person on this planet (me), probably because of some genetic reasons, has a strong tendency to accurately communicate many of his thoughts to the other human beings, even when they are far

That is overselling your deluded wishful thinking.

Here is why I was hoping people wouldn't reply to this thread. Everything is twisted into the narrative he wants which now includes typos, It could be one of those threads you just go into for fun but considering his condition I see as harmful.

Honestly, I have a foot in both camps. On the one hand, the MA precludes such accusations and subsequent discussion.

Should we comment on it or not comment on it? We all know that our protagonist is para-schiz. He/she told us so. Nobody made him/her do so.

But wait a moment, do we really know that? No, we don't. All we actually know is that our protagonist claims that.

OK, exactly how is it that unevidenced claims are treated in these here parts? Well, with skepticism, this being a skeptic oriented site.

Somehow, this wild claim is treated differently than all the other wild claims. Why?

I believe I can answer that question, but I won't, because the special treatment of this particular case would mean garnering a bucket of infractions.

When former member PeaceCrusader bought a ban, he was robustly challenged right left and center by pretty much everyone without the blink of an eye, for example. His nonsense was given short shrift.

One cannot do the very same thing in respect of our current protagonist. Why?

My telepathic investigations have led me to believe that one person on this planet (me), probably because of some genetic reasons, has a strong tendency to accurately communicate many of his thoughts to the other human beings, even when they are far away:

(incidentally, the same phenomenon seems to occur with many animals). I suppose this phenomenon is perceived "loud and clear", and well understood, but is also frequently denied (we live in a culture of lies; people learn religious lies and other lies in school when they are children, and they keep on lying for the rest of their lives). On the other hand, it seems to me that the only possible mechanism (for telepathy) is electromagnetic, and a rough order of magnitude calculation seems to confirm this. This has the consequence that all telepathic phenomena should rapidly stop in the sea (conducting seawater heavily absorbs electromagnetic waves): you should stop hearing my thoughts when you go deep enough in the sea, and I should stop hearing my persecutors' voices in the sea. However, the trouble is, this is just a theoretical expectation, I have no experimental evidence for this. I believe it would help me if some people who have gone underwater could confirm that you stop hearing me telepathically, deep enough in the sea. Of course, this would require great honesty from you, I am not sure this utmost integrity is there now. Once this phenomenon is confirmed by some reliable people, I could present to the psychiatrist the project of going myself in a submarine, with probably better hope of getting their support, interest, and encouragement.

As much as I worry about your health, that gave me a good belly laugh...imagining the look on the psychiatrist's face. :D
I hope you really are a Chauncey Gardner character, Michel, and not someone having a good laugh at all the respondents expense here, cause the former is much more palatable.

Its been known for a fair while that dogs can percieve the mood of their owner. She aint rocket science. Its facial expression and unusual behaviour of the leader of the pack.

They also have a sense of smell about 80,000 better than hours and studies have shown they can pick up unsual things like tumours.

It also shows why a dog brought to its owners grave may lie their.

They can smell them.

I'll go for plane which sounds like it is going to crash

As you've been told many time before, your investigations are incorrect because your test is, and remains flawed.

What's worse, you KNOW it's flawed, yet keep using the same protocol. If you really believed you had such powers, you'd using 100 or 1000 words or numbers, and select one. None of this 1-in-4 chance and self-serving selection of responses.

Thank you for this answer, cullennz.

Yesterday, I did a telepathy experiment with a cat, which was in the garden in front of my building (I was standing on the terrace of my apartment, on the sixth floor). Because it was a little dark (the time was perhaps about 8:00 p.m.), I actually wasn't sure, at the beginning, whether it was a cat or a fox (there are some foxes in my area), and so I stared at him/her, and I asked (in French) "Are you a cat or a fox? ... Are you a cat or a fox?", and then I raised my right hand and shook it a little. Precisely when I raised my right hand, I saw him/her jump forward, it was a very large and unusual jump.

Michel H,
the voices you hear aren't external, they're you,
you're talking to yourself.

we all argue with ourselves Michel H,
I go to buy a book at a store and as I pay for it I'm telling myself that its a waste of money so I shouldn't buy it, and at the same time I'm convincing myself of reasons why I should.
I'm arguing with myself.

The voices you hear are you.

The same goes for the 'violent noises' he claims to hear in his apartment. He also claims to have made recordings of those 'violent noises' but when asked to share those recordings, excuses start flying.
It is quite possible that Michel H has made recordings during episodes of auditory hallucinations, but of course, no 'violent noises' will be audible on those recordings.

Michel has never admitted to being diagnosed with schizophrenia. He has stated that he's seen doctors and psychiatrists. He has said that he was at one point hospitalized. He has expressed an extreme distaste for drugs usually prescribed to schizophrenics. And, of course, he has listed in great detail behaviors of his that are commonly associated with schizophrenia.

But he's never stated that he has any mental illness whatsoever.

Well you're welcome too, Maybe I'm a bit of a softy I mean he just told everyone he thinks was psychically talking with a fox/cat.

However nothing is ever gained or acknowledged by Michel, It's as effective as trying to teach a house cat algebra.

Again don't let me dissuade you from trying.

... mean he just told everyone he thinks was psychically talking with a fox/cat.
...
I'm more under the the impression that he talked to the 'cat/fox' and that he claims that him raising his arm (although perhaps he originally intended to make his shaking his hand a bit made the 'cat/fox jump) made the 'cat/fox' jump unusually far:
... and so I stared at him/her, and I asked (in French) "Are you a cat or a fox? ... Are you a cat or a fox?", and then I raised my right hand and shook it a little. Precisely when I raised my right hand, I saw him/her jump forward, it was a very large and unusual jump.

To me, ik looks like Michel H thinks he can wave his hands and make stuff happen that way as well, in addition to believing that his thoughts make things happen.

The beast was actually a cat, not a fox, but it took me some time to realize it:
Yesterday, I did a telepathy experiment with a cat ...
I seem to observe more telepathic effects with (domestic) cats than with foxes, which are wild animals, cats are closer to man.
I notice apparent telepathic effects with birds too, for example when they sometimes make noise when I start eating (they seem to be jealous, or frustrated). Also with dogs, when they are barking, I can talk with them, with often some effects.

He was very clearly lying to you. The fact that you don't see this is further proof that your thought processes are disconnected from reality.

This 2014 post by Daylightstar was certainly not perfect, but I nevertheless think it was a fairly good post (this is why I quote it from time to time, not sure he likes that though).

Right after (30 minutes later, it was the next post) Daylightstar posted:
I am hearing Michel H's thoughts. All of them.

As per usual, he has externally expressed thoughts and private thoughts.
The private thoughts, which to me are as clear as the externally expressed thoughts make it crystal clear that his whole schtick about his mother is almost entirely untrue, apart from the urging to take medication.

Michel H, I can literally hear the cognitive dissonance grind in your mind.

If you personally think you don't know the answer to the current test ("did I write automobile, boat, plane or submarine on my paper?"), then I suggest you answer "I don't know":
...
I shall repeat this word from time to time during this test.

I ask you to write it here (if you think you know it, even with a doubt). You may also answer "I don't know".
...
Your experience of diving could potentially make you a very valuable member of this forum (if you are honest, of course).

Was the post accurate with regards to your schtick about your mother?

No, I don't think so, that was the weak part of your good post.

I had my mother on the phone a few days ago. At the beginning of the conversation, she again denied I was telepathic (as usual). But she later acknowledged she had told me, in 1991, "people can read your mind" ("les gens savent lire dans tes pensées", in the French language that she used). She then herself spoke about the telepathy tests we had done on the phone in 2002, I think. She said, somewhat rudely, "they didn't work!". I then explained to her that the results were "good, and statistically significant", even though many of her answers were incorrect.
