You had indicated at one time that you knew something about finance. I now know that that was a facade. You clearly know very little. Bankruptcy is a natural and healthy part of capitalism. It's why we have such a rich and developed bankruptcy code. Almost every business eventually goes bankrupt. It's almost as inevitable as death for a human being. Bankruptcy provides an ordered mechanism of making the best use of the corpse.
No, it's not. It's a necessary evil that is often abused. No, not almost every business goes bankrupt. A great many businesses simply fold and negotiate their debts without the use of a bankruptcy court. And what I do love is the changes in bankruptcy laws where personal bankruptcies are extremely penal on those that declare it whereas corporate bankruptcies, the principles often go dancing away.
The fact is multiple bankruptcies show that the executives are inept BOOBs. It also demonstrates a lack of responsibility and accountability. I find it particularly appalling that someone who SAYS that he has a net worth of 10 billion dollars is fine with letting those with far less take the blows.
