Just so another lie by our HDS friends doesn't continue, Politifact rates the claim that HRC started the birther movement as false.

Who am I kidding, they won't stop.

But Politifact cherry picks by only counting relevant statements as relevant, so we can toss the baby out with that bathwater.

Bit rich of Hillary to spend the day complaining about "bigotry" when she referred to African Americans as superpredators who need to be brought to heel, and she ran a ridiculously racist campaign against Obama 8 years ago (remember the turban photo, the Reverend video, the birth of the birther movement?)

I guess it takes a racist to know a racist, huh Hilldawg?

Oh dear, it appear that the people attacking The Big Dog (because that is a thing now on iSkep for some odd reason) did not bother to read my on topic post?

I have quoted it here for you.

Remember her colored people time "joke" from earlier this year? Or giving the BLM activist the bum's rush?

Hmmmm, well that is certainly an interesting spin. Lets see what African Americans have to say, shall we?

Hmmm, seems they are on my side.

The birther movement's beginning is well understood as originating from Hillary's vicious supporters.

It is always helpful to cut through the venom and see where we stand;

referred to African Americans as superpredators who need to be brought to heel -- contested as some feel that the black Lives matters activists who assert that don't speak for all black people (which is fallacious, of course) and see below.

and she ran a ridiculously racist campaign against Obama 8 years ago remember the turban photo: Uncontested

the Reverend video: Uncontested

the birth of the birther movement? Contested, but see below

The birther movement's beginning is well understood as originating from Hillary's vicious supporters. Confirmed.

Oh man, I almost forgot this:

"I have a much broader base to build a winning coalition on," she said in an interview with USA TODAY. As evidence, Clinton cited an Associated Press article "that found how Sen. Obama's support among working, hard-working Americans, white Americans, is weakening again, and how whites in both states who had not completed college were supporting me."

"There's a pattern emerging here," she said.

There's a pattern emerging here, alright, which is that Hillary is racist as hell!

A racist woman that spent time and energy improving the living quality and future prospects of the black community... I suppose the US needs quite a lot more of such racists.
Also because the non-racists that make sure they discriminate blacks in their business are rampant.

Let's see Big Dog. You're going to hang your whole case that Hillary is a racjust based on that once referred to some African Americans TWENTY years ago as superpredators and ignore that Hillary actually fought desegregation in the Alabama fought to increase minority enrollment at Wellesley, fought to provide legal aid in African American communities, fought for better health care in black communities. And never mind Trump's history of preventing people of color from renting his properties.

Am I right on this Big Dog?

Even if the first part is true, you do yourself and your argument (such that it is) a disservice making fun of her on these grounds. I'm borderline embarrassed on your behalf.

How many times do I have to tell you that I couldn't care less about what you pretend to think about me? Do you have general problems accepting that people don't care about your opinions? A flaw not uncommon on "these grounds", so you don't have to be embarrassed to admit it. Just let it out. ;)

The whole birther farce may well be "well understood as originating from vicious Hillary supporters", but that doesn't mean it's the truth.

Loren Collins, a Libertarian attorney, did a bit of digging: http://barackryphal.blogspot.dk/2011/06/secret-origin-of-birthers.html & http://barackryphal.blogspot.dk/2011/06/secret-origin-part-2.html

While a lot of PUMA members were prolific Birthers, it's worth noting that as soon as Hillary began supporting Obama, they swapped allegiance to the McCain/Palin campaign.

You could safe us the time and spell out what PUMA is, and if it has anything to do with the Clinton campaign, why the premise isn't true.

"But back in 1994, Hillary called some black kids superpredators!"

And she was wrong.

Last month, the RNC had their convention, in which they had four days of national, prime-time coverage to make their case for why they should be in power going forward. The entire first night was devoted to "law and order" scaremongering. We saw, among other things, Rudy "no altar boy" Guiliani screeching and raving, and Sheriff Clarke using the acquittal in the killing of Freddie Grey as an ovation line. The central demand of Black Lives Matter, "Stop killing us", was answered with a resounding "No!" And Trump's sole proposal to black communities, who he has spent the past week demonizing in front of white audiences in what is laughably being called "outreach to black Americans", has been "tougher police".

Understand this: the discussion between Hillary Clinton and black Americans is complex, because black Americans are not a monolith, and policies require complexity. The discussion between Trump and black Americans, does not exist. What does exist is a very simple, and very ugly, dialogue between Donald Trump and white Americans about black Americans.

And we can hear y'all.

ETA: Has the whole "Robert Byrd" nonsense come up yet? Or the "Democrat plantation" insulting talking point? I can do those too, but I've been dealing with real life and laughing at youtube videos featuring black guys singing about a billy goat, and honestly...I can't be bothered to search.

Amazing, all it takes to start a CT or an urban myth is no more than one person's accusation in the comment section of an echo-chamber.

Here, "Skeptic" Ginger, add Paul Wolfowitz - yes, THE Paul Wolfowitz - to the long list of fascist creeps that endorse your dreadful idol. So by now we can add almost the whole neo-con movement - around 150 people - to your circle of political friends. Congratulations!

Seriously?

LOL!
He made it quite clear he's not supporting Hillary as much as making sure your girlfriend Putin doesn't get the puppet he wants.

This post (I'm addressing the post not the poster) is another in a long line of posts attempting to personalize the conversation and shove people into little category baskets based on critera not obvious to the outside. This post is another in a long series, a Body Of Work even, that uses hateful little insults with the deliberate intent of provoking readers into an emotional response.

You didn't even click on the link to the Ghouta investigation, let alone spent five minutes on finding smears, eh?:rolleyes:

Is it on topic for the thread topic "Hillary Clinton is done"?

Also, if you're talking about the link to your wiki, I've bookmarked it and have been reviewing the information. And that would also be off topic.

Her being a racist scumbag is "all" I have?

You might want to take a gander at some of my other threads then about her email lies, her benghazi incompetence, her pay to play...

On the other hand, the fact that she is a racist scumbag is pretty much enough, huh?

Meh. In the grand scheme of the election, does it really matter if she said something racist 20 years ago? I mean, Trump is actively and currently racist. Besides, actions speak louder than words.

Hillary Clinton in the Civil Rights Era

We've got a candidate who re-tweets white supremacists running for the Republicans and a right-center Democrat. The only way this election could get any more right-wing would be if an overt fascist (as opposed to a dog-whistle one) was running.

I seem to recall a Republican referring to the current election as a dumpster fire. He seems to have been rather optimistic with that assessment. At least a dumpster fire incarcerates some of the trash; this campaign is just drawing the worst elements of both parties out into the open.
