Evening all, just thought I'd let you know I've given my blog a massive overhaul recently, including several format changes, the adding of relevant/removal of irrelevant information, expansion of 'Durability of Airliners' section with more real world events airliners ability to handle high loads, as well as several other tweaks.

Also, now that youtube allows full URL's to be posted, you no longer need to shorten it if you post it to someone.

(The pound sign tells browsers that it's a link to somewhere else on the same page.)
 
Thanks, but I suck at HTML, I seemed to get that working but then couldn't replace the titles without getting an error, so either I have a double title or nothing..
 
I could have revived any one of a number of AA77-related threads - perhaps this is the best and most concise of those that deserve a bumping.


That Truther-groups around Ken Jenkins, David Chandler, and (I guess) John Wyndham and Frank Legge, that supports the "really a passenger plane into Pentagon" bit of the "official story" against what (in my perception) is today a majority of Twoofdom, has created this nice page just to show other truthers that the two well-known Pentagon parking lot security cams really do show a plane:

They simply overlayed two frames of each video - one without, one with plane - and wrote a bit of Javascript so you can toggle the frames by hovering/unhovering the mouse.

Thing is: We (debunkers) ALL have seen the plane years ago already, but it appears that Truthers have a certain specific blindness, that may be healed by making the plane "blink".

Back on topic.....

Personally I don't see a plane in the stills, but it wouldn't matter. They could have the most vivid image of a plane and Pentagon no-planers would just claim photo shop.

They are not going to insert a plane into a mind determined not to see it.

In the page that I linked, do you see the images change when you move some pointer (mouse...) over them?
If not, then perhaps Javascript is not working on your device.
If yes, are you saying that you don't recognize features of a plane in an object that has the colors of American Airlines? :confused:

This may very well be the case because I am using my phone. Yes I certainly see an outline and what appear to be AA color scheme. I'm just not able to definitively say I see a plane.

You and Oystein were lucky you never had to deal with Lytle Tripp, or his gang of insanity,
Though I do miss the huge belly laughs from those good old days of debunking.
He was the original pentagon truther.

Dominic was the reason I got banned from LCF(that and JFK outing me, I used the same user name as here :rolleyes:). I had the gall to ask him if the tail was part of an airplane (in response to his witness saying the tail disappeared into the building). Four posts total..... :D

You're absolutely correct. I went back and read, I think, every thread related to CIT, but that was with the objectivity of looking in from without; not the same as having to actually listen to their zaniness!

But I can say that objectivity provided many hours of entertainment! Their entire argument for a plane NOT hitting the Pentagon rested on their eye witnesses who all stated a plane DID hit the Pentagon!!

You should have seen the forum go wild when Lytle said, no planers are no brainers, in a thread about Judy woods and the cartoon cut outs, the whole forum was laughing over that one.
I was actually worried about Beechnut, thought he might hurt himself laughing.

I never got to post on Loose Change not one time just got a nice little email saying membership declined.

Those were some great debunking days, with you, Beechnut, Gravy, Tam, Jay Utah, Jay, and the rest of the old debunking crew from JREF.

I read a few LCF thread. Again priceless entertainment. The melt down with Russel and Rob is ISF member must read! And then again on PF911T between Rob and Turbofan.....oh I forget his name! Rob slept on his coach for a month.

I was too late to be a memeber at LCF and I wouldn't trust my information to join CIT's and Rob's forum. They seemed very interested in tracing people's ISP address.
