Marasca is simply cutting and pasting from Bongiorno's points of appeal. It is a clear mistrial as she had two days for her submissions, when everyone else was given just twenty minutes each, as directed by Marasca.

I know he was pressured long into the night by Bruno to acquit so we have to view the junior judge with abhorrence, in his lack of experience and egregiously exerting undue influence on his peers.

Such a wild absurd imagination. Never any proof ....and you say it's wrong to call Rudy a burglar? Sheesh! But as always, the actual facts and evidence never come I to play in your posts. But hey, feel to provide some actual proof of this and I'll make a retraction.

Since you did and have held up the fact that Rudi wasn't convicted before the murder as some sort point in favor of your POV and you have repeated that the kids were of bad character as evidence they did the crime (pranks, sex, drugs etc.) I merely pointed out just like Rudi they weren't convicted of anything.

Got it now?

I didn't say it was a point in favour. I objectively and factually corrected bagels when bagels said "police could have prevented Mez' murder as he was a dangerous convicted burglar" [paraphrase].

Tesla just curious what your current position on the alleged Diaz burglary and fire is. Do you feel you have more proof than Vixen's remarks you were responding to?

Not at all. They sat until 2300 and insider sources revealed it was Marasca trying to stand down Bruno and chum into the wee hours, until at last he caved in.

You proposed the hypothetical in the first place. It is an interesting and worthwhile question though, how do you arrest Amanda in a way that doesn't involve beating a statement out of her based on misunderstanding her text exchange with her boss?

Speaking of hypothetical locations for the investigation, I can't speak for the UK, but in many US jurisdictions Meredith isn't even murdered - nevermind who do the police arrest. In Amanda's home state of Washington for example Rudy's burglary of the nursery while armed with a deadly weapon (knife) would be classified as a Class A felony and potentially carries a life sentence. He wouldn't be free to stab and rape Meredith and she would have many more years on this earth.

Rudy has never been convicted of burglary.

Which is one of the reasons why Meredith is dead.

? Rudy had already committed burglary and was caught in the act by the police. If he was punished for this crime and put in jail, instead of what did happen, which was nothing, he wouldn't be available to murder Meredith.

It seems burglary isn't a serious offense in Italy but it is here and can carry a lengthy sentence. I suppose it's a political issue but I do find it interesting that I've never once seen any PGP, supposed Meredith supporters, question the lackadaisical treatment Rudy received for his previous crimes which left him free to wander the streets despite being an armed criminal.

There is no evidence Rudy was a burglar. He was charged later with being in possession of a stolen laptop. That's hardly a profile for a future serial killer.

You are aware, Raff carried with him an offensive weapon, namely a variiety of lethal knives?

So Bagels didn't ever say he was convicted. You once again create a straw man amidst wild fabrications. That last quote isn't a paraphrase it is pure malarkey.

Let's have a virtual bet. How much compo do you seriously believe Raff'll get? Pursuing Mignini over trifling details such as Mignini omitted dotting his i's and crossing his t's once, weakens his case, not strengthens it.

The case was not brought by Raf but the ISC.

You are not a burglar unless convicted. Any newspaper calling you one if you are not will pay you a handsome sum in "apologies".

Wished I understood Italian as this is the recording of the Mignini hearing.

Not if one is a burglar. The definition of burglar has nothing to do with a conviction.

bur·glar
ˈbərɡlər/
noun
a person who commits burglary.
synonyms: robber, housebreaker, cat burglar, thief, raider, looter, safecracker, intruder, prowler;

Just as one can call someone a lying fool without a conviction one can call someone a burglar without a conviction.

You mean CSM? If you are saying it wasn't Raff who brought the complaint, please cite your source.

The ISC provided the prosecutor. You provide the complaint filed by Raf. If it was, good for him. A good start.

It's commonplace for those in the law enforcement industries to have complaints lodged by disgruntled "clients". When I was in the insolvency industry, there was not one IP who didn't have an arch lever file crammed full of letters of complaint. Even KPMG and ErnstYoung had censures from their regulato, for example, ICAEW, because someone complained about something or other.
Thanks for this. The one thing which is almost unheard of, esp. in Italy, is peer-judges admonishing one of their own.

The avatar acknowledges Finland Independence Day 6th Dec (1917) and the words, Oi, maamme, Suomi, synnyimaa, soi sana kultainen' was written by Runeberg circa 1814 and became our national anthem in the C20. It translates as, "O, our country, Finland, country of our birth, ring out the golden (= also means 'dear') word!" The golden word being "maamme" (=our country).

Cool!
