The answer is a strange mix of incredible coincidence and dumb luck. The account (now suspended) was a bot, automatically creating headlines using the tweets of a real news account called PZFeed Breaking News Feed (@pzf). The bot essentially grabbed parts of old tweets by @pzf and combined them to make fake headlines.

Because of the Paris attacks,they had a huge Security drill at Levi Stadium in Santa Clara,,site of Superbowl 50 in Febuary ,yesterday.
Sure the conspriacy kooks will have fun with this, though, the San Francisco Bay area being what it is,the left wing conspriacy kooks might take the point on this one.
 
Conspiracists are now fighting over whether the killings were real, but done by Da Jooz, or if the whole thing is fake, with actors and fake blood. This one claims the former, laments that "the whole thing is fake" YouTubers get hundreds of thousands of views, but he gets only a few. :v: (Go to ~33 min)



Imagine: This guy is actually more sane than most conspiracists, yet he believes the Ebola outbreak was fake, with news reporters wearing certain colors to control people's minds, and believes that relatively minor shooting incidents, now mostly forgotten, (except for the victims) are fake, too! :boggled:

In Canada, I forget which city, probably Toronto, a Sikh temple was attacked. (rocks through the windows iirc) If this was motivated by the Paris attacks, the utter lack of knowledge of religion, geography, and history is astounding!

A new age bookstore in Denver was vandalized over the weekend because it's called "Isis Books & Gifts", named for the Egyptian deity.
It's the fourth time it's been vandalized recently.
