we just happened to have an audio of Dr. Stefanoni multi tasking,
talking to her lab assistant Alessa about testing presumed semen
from some other random Italian rape.
I hope that this rape did not lead to a murder also.

If true,
I find it odd that Dr. Stefanoni was not apparently giving her undivided attention to the horrible rape in front of her.(*)

I wonder whose Family
got lucky to have had Polizia Scientifica probably positively ID the person,
(thru lab testing of the guys seminal fluid DNA),
who was the person who raped their daughter.

It sure seems like it was not the Kercher Family.

I do think it is a mistake to blame the Italian people for this farce, most of whom are good human beings and I'm sure I would be proud to call friends. I DO THINK MIGNINI should be in jail, not only for what he has done in this case but his actions in the MOF case. As for Stefanoni, I'm not sure if she is corrupt or incompetent.

Even Judge Massei was not convinced. Mignini's "psychologizing" of the crime, as evidnced by this post and his closing, was rejected even by the Massei court. Massei, instead, said the crime was essentially Rudy's crime, about which AK and RS inexplicably joined in, in a "choice for evil".

What an amazing morass of half truths and out and out lies. Yes, Amanda "met" Rudy a few days before she met Raffaele. So technically that is true. But they did not exchange phone numbers and there is no evidence, NONE that other than while he was with the boys downstairs or when he went into Le Chic that the ever corresponded in any way. There is also no evidence, NONE, that Amanda ever purchased drugs anywhere. You see Mach, that is the difference between you and me. I need verifiable and credible evidence not nonsensical lies to convict someone of murder.

This really is sorrowful, sad and disgusting.

I just looked at the photo again of Miss Kercher lying raped + dead.
The investigators had pulled over the duvet she had bought,
that someone had taken off her bed and laid underneath of
and then over her.

There had to have been more than those 2 drops of seminal fluid from a male ejaculation.

There are no shoe rings on this stain, nor is it smeared.

Where were they?
On Meredith's duvet which is right next to the presumed seminal fluid seen on the pillow case edge,
or is it on 1 of her towels - that "poor Rudy" used to try + save Mez, towels which can not be tested again,
or is all that jizz on Rudy Guede's the man's pants?


Rudy stepped in this other stain and left these shoe ring imprints,

in jizz, not blood this time, on the left side of Meredith.

The other, un-found load of presumed semen is not from a small drop of semen, it is, IMHO from the main load from the rapist who ejaculated over Meredith's corpse that Rudy Guede stepped in and then, moving his foot, left an imprint of.

No Mignini has nothing to do with this.
And nothing of that was ever "rejected" by any court (not even examined actually; courts don't deal with these things).
Those are simply aspects of personalities that are apparent to those who observe.
People look like something, objective details in their actions communicate things to other humans, whether you accept it or not.
It makes little sense for you to try link my opinion stemming from direct observation, with alleged "arguments" and "findings" of judges.
