The glass breakage expert could easily prove from which side the glass broke, if anyone had bothered to ask such an expert.

BTW, what makes you think the shutters, as found by police, would have to be in exactly the same position as they were when the person through the rock? Quando il Lombardi se n'è andato col carro attrezzi e Curatolo ha iniziato l'ultima lettura di quella sera e non si accorge più di nulla, Raffaele ed Amanda a cui si è aggiunto Rudi si portano nella casa di Via della Pergola 7, Meredith è ancora in piedi come ho detto, ha mangiucchiato qualcosa forse dei funghi di cui era golosa, ha guardato forse la televisione, ha preparato il tema per l'indomani.

Quando Metz si accorge che con Amanda e Raffaele vi è anche Rudi manifesta alla coinquilina il suo disappunto, l'ennesima presenza di un altro ragazzo che Amanda porta in casa e per di più a quell'ora, era successo altre volte, Meredith non ne può più, forse Meredith rinfaccia ad Amanda anche la mancanza di denaro che non verrà trovato e che pure Meredith aveva a disposizione, con ogni probabilità Rudi chiede di usufruire del bagno e qui il racconto di Rudi solo che cambia perchè avviene prima del delitto mentre nella camera di Metz Amanda e Raffaele, iniziato a discutere con la prima in maniera sempre più animata, forse di entrambi gli argomenti quello comportamentale di Amanda e quello economico, forse... ecco sono entrambi gli argomenti, probabilmente si trovano alla sinistra della finestra e di fronte all'armadio, verosimilmente è Amanda che può sfogare il suo risentimento accumulato contro Metz che le sta di fronte e qui c'è una ricostruzione che è confortata dalle risultanze medico legali, le provoca contusioni sul collo, le spinge con violenza il corpo la parete mentre Raffaele che sta alla sinistra di Amanda le tiene i capelli posteriormente, la tiene immobilizzata bloccandole il braccio destro.
Le dita della mano destra di Amanda a uncino premono con forza nella zona sottomentoniera di Metz in corrispondenza di cinque punti ecchimotici ad arco ruotato leggermente alla destra di Metz, mentre Raffaele trattiene il braccio destro di Metz Amanda, torna a sbatterle il capo contro il muro in prossimità del bordo laterale sinistro della finestra mentre Rudi, che ha terminato il suo bisogno fisiologico, si unisce al gruppo, si dirige nella camera di Metz per partecipare all'aggressione convinto che in tal modo compiacerà Amanda perche tra i ragazzi è ormai una gara per i favori della ragazza di Seattle.
Raffaele avverte l'interesse che Rudi ha per quest'ultima e deve difendere il suo ruolo di fidanzato mentre Rudi fa di tutta per farsi ammirare da Amanda, la vittima contro cui si sfogano tutti e tre è purtroppo Meredith.
La violenta spinta che Amanda dà al capo di Metz per sbatterlo contro il muro produce contusioni alla nuca della ragazza inglese e analogamente il dito indice e medio della mano sinistra di Amanda provocano soffusioni ecchimotiche alle narici, è poco più in alto della narice destra di Metz.
Meredith a questo punto cade distesa davanti all'armadio - davanti all'armadio - ritorneremo su questo punto, con la testa verso la parete orientale della casa e i piedi verso il letto, Raffaele e Amanda le stanno rispettivamente a sinistra e a destra, mentre Rudi è di fronte alle sue gambe, cercano di spogliarla. Ormai è un crescendo inarrestabile di violenza e di gioco sessuale, i tre cercano di spogliare Metz, le sfilano i jeans, poi debbono alzarla leggermente e Metz si trova verosimilmente in ginocchio, Arnanda ha estratto il coltello e sta di fronte all'amica alla sinistra della stessa, oltre a Raffaele c'è Rudi che oltre che palpeggiare la ragazza abusa di lei infilandole le dita della mano nella vagina. Metz cerca di difendersi e subisce ferite di difesa alla mano destra e al polpastrello indicate alle pagine 33 e 34 della relazione Lalli.
Gli aggressori inizialmente la minacciano e pretendono la sua sottomissione al pesante gioco sessuale, è facile immaginare che Amanda, adirata contro la ragazza inglese per le sue crescenti critiche al suo comportamento disinvolto in materia sessuale, abbia rinfacciato a Metz la sua riservatezza, proviamo a immaginare, l'abbia insultata, magari le abbia detto: "Facevi tanto la santarellina ora te lo facciamo vedere noi, ora dovrai fare sesso per forza" è un giro mentale che appare plausibilissimo, del tutto convergente con le risultanze e le espressioni verbali e insultanti che si sono esemplificate, sono del tutto compatibili con quel contesto.
La ragazza inglese ora è sempre in ginocchio col capo rivolto verso l'armadio, Rudi è alla sinistra di Metz, Raffaele si porta poi alle spalle di Metz e tenta di strapparle il famoso gancetto di reggiseno e vi è poi l a successiva recisione, Amanda di fronte a Metz e spalle all'armadio impugna il coltello dal bassa verso l'alto in direzione della gola di Metz, anche Raffaele ha estratto il suo coltello e lo usa per ferire e minacciare Metz da destra.
Ornai, vista la resistenza della vittima e la crescente rabbia degli aggressori in particolare di Amanda l'omicidio si profila all'orizzonte, delle crescenti violenze inferte a Metz perché gli aggressori comprendono che la ragazza londinese non cede, non vuole sottoporsi alla violenza sessuale e la partita a quel punto deve essere comunque chiusa.
Amanda provoca le ecchimosi nella parte laterale destra del collo di Metz e tenta di strozzare l'amica, la lesione dinanzi all'orecchio sinistro di Metz, a pagina 25 dalla consulenza Lalli, foto in alto è probabilmente in una plausibile ricostruzione ovviamente è una ricostruzione ipotizzata, la terzultima parte del colpo fatale, grosso modo in corrispondenza del bordo inferiore della guancia sinistra viene provocata una Lesione da soluzione di continuo verosimilmente da Raffaele che si trova alla sinistra di Metz guardando verso la vittima e ovviamente a destra dalla prospettiva di quest'ultima.
Poco dopo viene prodotta la lesione in regione latere cervicale destra all'interno di area ecchimotica, l'ultima prima del colpo fatale, consulenza Lalli a pagina 30, probabilmente ad opera di Raffaele che blocca il braccio destro di Metz.
È a questo punto verosimilmente che Metz, consapevole che ormai la violenza è inarrestabile e i tre sono come furie scatenate, lancia quel grido terribile e disperato che sconvolge la signora Capezzali e che viene udito anche dalla giovane maestra Monacchia nel silenzio che ormai grava sulla zona, Amanda a questo punto provoca la lesione più profonda, la IE15 dei periti, quella a sinistra, pressoché contestualmente poco sotto l a lesione più grave viene prodotta l'area escoriata sotto la quale si rileva la ferita con orletto contusivo, la foto a pagina 29 della consulenza Lalli.
Metz crolla sul fianco destro, viene aiutata a rialzarsi da Rudi ma un accesso di tosse schizza gocce di sangue sull'anta dell'armadio e sul pavimento, Rudi e Raffaele trascinano la vittima e la abbandonano tra l'armadio e il comodino, la ragazza viene trascinata forse nel tentativo di toglierle la felpa e ciò provoca le tracce di sangue sul pavimento della camera, poi le tolgono la felpa e tentano di toglierle la maglia, uno degli aggressori cerca i cellulari della ragazza, probabilmente Raffaele, e appoggia uno dei coltelli sulla fodera del letto.
Guede va nel bagno a prendere degli asciugamani per tamponare il sangue e imbratta del sangue di Metz il pulsante della luce, anche Amanda si porta rapidamente nel bagno, vi lascia le sue tracce genetiche comiste a quelle di Metz, poi Amanda e Raffaele presi i telefoni scappano dalla casa e si dirigono verso Via Pinturicchio passando per il parcheggio e salendo di corsa la scale metalliche per dirigersi verso Via del Melo.
È allora che i loro passi vengono uditi dalla Capezzali e dalle due sorelle Dramis, poi i due fuggono verso Via Garibaldi, forse sostano qualche minuto a casa d i Raffaele, poi si organizzano, devono tornare a Via della Pergola scegliendo un percorso più nascosto lungo Via Sperandio e sono verosimilmente loro che gettano i due cellulari nel giardino della casa della signora Lana, Lana Elisabetta in Via Sperandio 5 bis, che confondono con la boscaglia che si trova a destra per chi salga verso l'arca.
Ciò e avvenuto poco prima che sull'utenza inglese di Meredith, che utilizzava ponti Wind si inserisca Lo dirà la collega una chiamata in entrata con prefisso 0044 sempre britannica, cioè alla mezzanotte e dieci, dichiarazioni di Latella 20 marzo 2009 in sede di esame diretto del Pubblico Ministero, pagine 63 e 64, 68, 72, 75 e 76 quindi, mentre in occasione della connessione delle 22:13 l'utenza di Meredith aggancia la cella che insiste su Via della Pergola e quindi stava Meredith a Via della Pergola, a mezzanotte e dieci si trova il cellulare in Via Sperandio e vi rimane sino alle 12:07 del 2 novembre successivo, si vedano le dichiarazioni del Latella a pagina 73.
L'utenza intestata alla Romanelli e in uso a Metz è priva di interesse investigativo e quindi poi sul tema delle celle ripeto tornerà in maniera molto dettagliata la collega.
Rudi invece rimane, capisce che è successa una tragedia, cerca di porre In qualche modo riparo all'accaduto, torna nella camera di Metz per cercare di tamponare il sangue delle ferite ed la descrizione che in fondo lui fa in qualche modo nel verbale, nei vari verbali di interrogatorio, nel rialzarsi perde l'equilibrio e appoggia la mano sinistra alla parete settentrionale della stanza forse per mantenersi in equilibrio e lascia quella macchia che imbratta la parte opposta alla porta di ingresso della camera di Meredith, fruga poi nella borsa di quest'ultima e lascia l'impronta palmare sul cuscino e le tracce biologiche nella borsa di Metz.
Nel tentativo di mettere un cuscino sotto la vittima lo calpesta e lascia l'impronta della scarpa, poi anche Rudi esce lasciando le sue tracce sul pavimento e nel bagno, quindi esce di corsa Rudi attraversa la piazzola calpestando le foglie secche e la ghiaia e viene udito dalla Capezzali, si porta verso Corso Garibaldi e torna momentaneamente a casa.
Questa ricostruzione è perfettamente aderente a una ricostruzione ovviamente ipotetica ma fatta sulla base delle risultanze della perizia medico legale disposta dal G.I.P.

Also do you believe they cleaned the knife with bleach? `What would the bleach do to the DNA in the striation on the knife? If Steffi could see the striation wouldn't that mean that the sample stuck in the striation would also be visible? If so, how big would that make it?

Vixen, now that you see the rock in the photo I would like to ask you WHY you refer to it as a boulder?

Going by guilters that have posted in this thread over the years, the impossibly heavy rock could never have been hoisted by anyone, and the insurmountable climb up the grate to the window makes scaling K2's west face during the winter seem like child's play. Poor Rudy would surely break Michael Phelps' gold medal record if he wasn't locked away in prison

It also looks like two smaller pieces broke off of the rock, lying there on the floor next to the main piece. That was great presence of mind for Raffaele and Amanda to break off some pieces and leave it near.... really fools me!
