Continuation Part 16: Amanda Knox/Raffaele Sollecito

The ACE bleach turned out not to be new and neither bottle was "newly" empty. More lies on the part of somebody.

Raffaele did not Google bleach.
Another lie in those early reports that people keep spreading around as if it were fact.

Welcome back! You cannot prove a negative. You cannot say the ACE was not new.

We know Raff suffered some "flooding". We know he dismantled the U-bend of his sink. We know Amanda was still fretting about this next morning, as, instead of going off to Gubbio (_sp?) getting a mop from the cottage and taking it back was at the forefront of her mind. Police noticed "a strong smell of bleach" on entering Raff's apartment, even though he had a cleaning lady to do his cleaning, who was instructed not to use bleach. There was a murder most foul that same night. Rags and a pile of used (?) rubber gloves - the surgical kind - were found, together with two new large bottles of ACE, one of which was newly empty(?)

Therefore, the police reasoned, perhaps Raff unscrewed the U-bend to clean up debris from the said murder, and the bleach was to remove any incriminating traces from his flat.

Early reports claimed Raff googled "bleach" in the early hours. If so, perhaps bleach of the oxygen-based type was sought, hence explaining why Amanda left Quintavalle's after it opened without buying anything as the only bleach they sold was ACE.

Who dismantled the trap? When did the police smell bleach?

The rubber gloves :eye-poppi I speculated when I saw that in the video that the guilters would pick it up. Have you personally looked at the evidence? Repeating it makes you look foolish for not having notices that the gloves, just like the ones the forensics team wear, we're stuck to the tape that was still attached to the old police seal that was on the front door when the police entered that day. I guess the regular guilters saw my speculation and avoided that particular embarrassment. You should have read the earlier threads.

You should also read the trial testimony on the bleach. You embarrass yourself.

How do "we" know that? Because it didn't deliver the outcome you wanted?

No. We know that, because it did not follow normal legal procedures. It quoted Section 530 para 2, when the *only* other time was with the Andreotti trial, with its concommitant mafia associations.

No self-respecting Supreme Court or High Court judge in England & Wales would dream of pulling such a stunt. They would remit it back, as it is not their jurisdiction to decide on the merits.

Sorry? Are you claiming she bought a sensible pair of full white cotton briefs?

Who cares what underwear she bought? How can a person's choice of underwear possibly relate to notions of guilt and innocence in a murder trial unless the underwear itself were a piece of connected physical evidence?

I am not sure how to break this to you, "Michael" - perhaps you had better ensure you are sitting down with some sweetened tea - but Hellmann/ Zanetti was spiked, rescinded, rejected, trashed, thrown out, vamoosed, ripped up, shredded, hammered, blasted, mullahed, decimated, flattened, destroyed, condemned, excoriated, expunged, declined, remitted back.

And so were Massei and Nencini. Which is why it's not a good idea to appeal to authority and form your own opinions.

Do you believe the print on the mat looks like Raffaele's foot? What about the luminol print that's shorter by 3cm? Does that look like Raffaele's foot?

The testimony on the price of bleach as indicated on the CONAD price stickers on the bottles showed that these bottles were from several months earlier. Haven't you read the testimonies?

No one returned to move the body Vixen. Did you know that was a Rudy Guede defense argument never used by the prosecution against Amanda and Raffaele at their trials?

Certainly the body was moved. Blood splatter shows fatal wound was near the wardrobe (closet). Body moved 21" away. Police believed so it could not be seen from carpark.

The point being made is Amanda in particular was in a state of euphoria.

Wrong. It has a special price, which went up mid-October. However, that does not exclude it was bought 2nd Nov 2007. The bottles do exist.

Exactly, that Amanda's own lamp was wiped clean of her prints and DNA and her embarrassment at admitting it was her lamp = highly suspicious. RED FLAG.

Where is it reported that the lamp was clean? Have you read the testimony of the fingerprint technicians?

Do you have receipts showing that it was newly purchased on 2 Nov? Where are those pesky bleach receipts? This is just pure fantasy.

The body was moved and positioned on the pillow by Rudy Guede shortly after the knife wound to the neck and then he raped the corpse.

Meredith's window is in the back of the cottage and can't be seen from the carpark. Have you even looked at the photos of the cottage?

So in other words it is Numbers' Theory (or, to please our American cousins across the pond, Numbers's Theory).

You are presupposing that in any clean up scene, sodium hypochlorite will be used, the perp will go on his or her hands and knees and scrub the stain with a "swirling" action.

Ever thought of submitting your thesis for peer review?

Well, what is your thesis? You would need to demonstrate where the cleaning took place, what materials were used, where they were obtained, how they were disposed of and also account for the absence of transfer evidence on clothes, and at Raffaele's apartment.

You cannot simply infer a cleanup from the absence of incriminating evidence.

The point being made is Amanda in particular was in a state of euphoria.

Are you suggesting that when women buy underwear they are in a state of euphoria? Your evidence for euphoria is the action of buying the underwear? I'm guessing she was probably happy to get some fresh clothes, but I hardly see that's got anything to do with evidence of a warped state of mind.
