Vixen if it had been Filomena's lamp would that make her a suspect?

Isn't it obvious that anyone wanting a lamp would take the nearest one? Even if her prints were on her own lamp, it wouldn't mean anything.

Exactly, that Amanda's own lamp was wiped clean of her prints and DNA and her embarrassment at admitting it was her lamp = highly suspicious. RED FLAG.

Vinci was a defence bod whose testimony was rejected in favour of Rinaldi and Boehma (_sp?) for the police.

That sounds like an appeal to authority. Vinci's analysis was accepted by Hellmann and it's safe to say the Supreme Court does not believe either of the prints were made by Raffaele since he was acquitted.

Did you know Rinaldi and Boemia didn't even inspect the bathmat? They based their opinion on image analysis. Boemia didn't know where the photos he analysed came from or what sort of equipment was used to take them. Their opinion is junk.

Professor Vinci did inspect the bathmat and took his own photographs. Does the print on the mat look like Raffaele's foot?

This was a court finding. Mez' light was dim, as per Rudy deposition. We can deduce Amanda's lamp was brought in from next door by whoever returned to move the body, undress it, pose it on a pillow, remove sundry bits of evidence, etc, as a good light was needed.

No one returned to move the body Vixen. Did you know that was a Rudy Guede defense argument never used by the prosecution against Amanda and Raffaele at their trials?

Clearly you have not worked on the timeline.

I have never seen any testimony that Amanda's lamp was even tested for fingerprints. Could you post it please?

The swirls or similar patterns on blood cleanup are from the motions of the sponge, mop, towel, or similar object used to contact the blood and to apply the liquid cleaner (which may be bleach). These cleanup items (sponge, mop, towel, or similar object) must also be disposed of if the cleanup is intended to hide evidence of a crime.

So in other words it is Numbers' Theory (or, to please our American cousins across the pond, Numbers's Theory).

You are presupposing that in any clean up scene, sodium hypochlorite will be used, the perp will go on his or her hands and knees and scrub the stain with a "swirling" action.

Ever thought of submitting your thesis for peer review?

Have you ever thought of producing a timeline for your theory of a cleanup action?

Even from a pro guilt PoV the one thing we know is that the bleach found is bleach that was not used. I have never understood the timeline for bleach purchase. There was the murder, between 23.00 and 24.00. Then there was the staging. Then some cleaning? Then Knox has to get to Sollecito's for about 06.00. Then has to purchase bleach, presumably because the bleach at Sollecito's was not the right bleach, then go back to the flat, clean then dispose of the used bleach bottles, and blood stained cleaning cloths in day light with no-one noticing and never to be discovered. Or perhaps after the staging went back to Sollecito's picked up bleach from Sollecito's used this for cleaning, disposed of the cleaning materials, went back to Sollecito's, then the next day purchased new bleach to replace that used. Either way we do not know what bleach was used for the cleaning.

We know Raff suffered some "flooding". We know he dismantled the U-bend of his sink. We know Amanda was still fretting about this next morning, as, instead of going off to Gubbio (_sp?) getting a mop from the cottage and taking it back was at the forefront of her mind. Police noticed "a strong smell of bleach" on entering Raff's apartment, even though he had a cleaning lady to do his cleaning, who was instructed not to use bleach. There was a murder most foul that same night. Rags and a pile of used (?) rubber gloves - the surgical kind - were found, together with two new large bottles of ACE, one of which was newly empty(?)

Therefore, the police reasoned, perhaps Raff unscrewed the U-bend to clean up debris from the said murder, and the bleach was to remove any incriminating traces from his flat.

Early reports claimed Raff googled "bleach" in the early hours. If so, perhaps bleach of the oxygen-based type was sought, hence explaining why Amanda left Quintavalle's after it opened without buying anything as the only bleach they sold was ACE.

If this is supposed to be humor (sorry, humour ) could one of you please explain it to me? Why is this supposed to please me?

The ACE bleach turned out not to be new and neither bottle was "newly" empty. More lies on the part of somebody.

Raffaele did not Google bleach.
Another lie in those early reports that people keep spreading around as if it were fact.

We must have a full report. Even record and stream.

But really, it sounds like another set of academics trying to graft their fields of study onto a popular case, and draw attention to their otherwise not very well attended events.

I think that was fundamentally what happened with Leila Schnepps (?) statistical bloviator, that other law professor who wanted to claim that the case was misunderstood in the US because of the differences in the US & Italian justice systems, and even Dershowitz who just shot his mouth off to get a little more air time.
Does anyone in the UK have the courage to simply yell "BS" in public?

Certainly not.

"early reports claimed"...that on August 31 1939, the Polish Army trecherously and without provocation invaded Germany!

Oh and early reports also claimed that Judge Hellmann upheld Amanda's and Raffaele's murder conviction in 2011.

Remember that one?

I am not sure how to break this to you, "Michael" - perhaps you had better ensure you are sitting down with some sweetened tea - but Hellmann/ Zanetti was spiked, rescinded, rejected, trashed, thrown out, vamoosed, ripped up, shredded, hammered, blasted, mullahed, decimated, flattened, destroyed, condemned, excoriated, expunged, declined, remitted back.
