I am envisioning more of a jeweler's hammer, which I have seen in burglar's kits as I've studied the topic. But, regardless, to use any hammer whatsoever for either the attorney's office or the Kercher/Knox cottage would have been completely impractical, as it would have required Guede to have leapt up and hung by the windowsill with one hand while chipping into the glass with the other. In both cases, a rock was a much more practical solution, both for the purposes of the noise test, the physics of breaking the old & thick glass at the cottage, and to minimize the gymnastics involved to gain entry.

I was under the impression that Guede was carrying a type of emergency hammer, as can be found on most trains and buses. They often look like this:

I will certainly try to make it. It might be a little over-academic, but I still think it would be very interesting - and, as some know, I've long held an interest in these sorts of aspects of this case.

You have it wrong, Bongiornio was not pregnant at the time of the first trial and when she missed a few of the trial dates in the first trial it was due to her parliamentary duties. The trial continued without her on those occasions.

The correct sequence should be, 1. was mugged, 2, reported it to the police, 3, picked out guy on ID parade, 4, suspect interviewed under caution, 5, file sent to Crown Prosecution Service to determine if charges should be brought.

The thing is that we are trying to only come up with what he was probably doing. No matter what, his DNA was all over her, his hand prints were in her blood, his shoe prints were in her blood, and he money was missing. Edit: He also fled the country immediately.

As such, we could be completely wrong about why he was there and he would still be guilty of murder. There is no real evidence of anybody else so his strange tales are not credible in any manner.

Part of the reason why I speculate about what exactly he was ding is to determine the risk he poses once released.

To obtain a reasonable sample of DNA, you need one transferred by saliva, perspiration, living cells rather than dead ones, or blood, i.e., newly wet.

Merely sweeping up specks of dust is wasting everybody's time. DNA is a helix shaped structure which is also very fragile once shed. Your aim would be to be able to identify allelles, haplotypes and mitchochrondrial Dna (the matrilineal line [ethnicity] and chromosomes, Y or X.

So, might I ask how Lukis Anderson's DNA ended up under the fingernails of murder victim Raveesh "Ravi" Kumra? Must have a really good answer?

You do understand that no witness credibly saw them at any time between 8:45 pm and 1 pm the next day. Curatolo when asked the next day didn't remember anything notable nor did Quintavalle tell the detective the same week he had seen Amanda even though he was shown pictures of her.

I don't think CT's testimony should have had weight if considered at all. But then I try to be consistent.

It was in the news. If he did break in, then he would deny it was broken when he left. No mystery.

What matters in an absolute sense is that his palm print is in blood at the scene, his shoe prints in blood are at the scene, his dna is on the victim in multiple places, her money and cell phones are missing, and his story is implausible to the extreme. That he fled instead of calling for help just makes it more damning.

Did Italian cops try to frame Italian Raf, whose sister was a carabinieri policewoman - one of their own.

Here you were a minute ago saying the absolute opposite of the Hellmann process, that it was history.

Now you are claiming that there might still be some of Nencini or Massei reinstated - all that, after the ISC said the kids were exonerated on Mar 27, 2015?
