Being a resident of a place says nothing about citizens hip. Amanda Knox was a resident of Perugia, but she was a citizen of the US; Meredith Kercher was a resident of Perugia, but she was a citizen of the UK.

A resident means he lived there and couldn't have been a naturalized citizen from the time he arrived. ( resident of Perugia since infancy.)

Why don't you do some original research about this? Quite a coup for you to prove firstly that Guede was a citizen and secondly in receipt of such a level of social security benefits that he had sufficient funds not to need the life of a petty criminal/housebreaker and thus no motivation to burgle anyone. He could have picked a lock. He could have checked every door and window and found one that wasn't locked or latched. When I was a teen I had a job cleaning the local elementary school in the evenings and it was not uncommon to find doors unlocked or windows left open or unlatched.

Yup trespass. Bars on the windows. One way or another he was informed of a way in without needing to break in. You may wish to debate semantics but entering with a key or being let in is not similar to the second story job at the cottage.

I think they had bigger fish to fry and since Rudy was facing far more serious charges in Perugia, they probably decided it wasn't worth the time or money.of course, we cannot prove that Rudy took the 2000 Euros the month before. Still coincidences seem to surround Rudy. But of course we can't convict him of coincidences.
