So, are all rents in Italy due 1st of the month? AIUI you won't answer because the answer is, no. You would then have to explain how Rudy knew when Mez' rent was due.

Amanda knew.

The vast majority of all rents I've ever paid were due on the first. It would be easy for Rudi to have found out from the boys when the rent was due or even the girls in casual conversation.

Amanda knew.

Rudy was friends with the downstairs residents and most likely heard from them when their rent was due. He hardly knew Amanda at all.

LMAO. And why would she tell Rudy? A guy she met 2 weeks earlier and barely a word was spoken between them.

Is this really fun for you? Toss out as much nonsense as possible for the hell of it?

Protecting reputation is a business term. Is it appropriate to treat a muder defendant as a commercial business? When a firm suffers business risk to reputation, they will set up a crisis management committee. If reputation has really plunged, they might rebrand the product completely.

Seriously, it is inappropriate to apply business models and rebranding to murder defendants. What if they are guilty? How ethical is it? It would be on a par with Enron or the Madoff fraud.

You can't know the kids are innocent until they have had a fair hearing.

Hattenstone is an author and journalist not unnaturally looking for a story.

Sure Hattenstone is looking for a story. And if the story had been a PR agency dictating to him or a fellow journalist, he would have written about it. You may remember his recent interview with Malcolm Rifkind. Hattenstone's piece eviscerated him. He is no friend of the disengenuous.

You have not produced one shred of evidence linking any agency leaning on reporters on behalf of Amanda Knox, but you keep making the claim and you keep stating you have no agenda. Laughable.

And actually, it would appear that Amanda's parents were simply fed up at having their daughter's reputation trashed by scurrilous reporting and wanted the truth to be known. Nothing to do with business.

The Duke Lacrosse team also hired a PR firm. It is the smart thing to do, especially if you are fighting lies and misinformation in the media, many examples of which you have already posted. I'm sure we'll see more.

If one has a loose grip on ethics, then yes, let's not bother with courts! We'll let the PR agencies slug it out. Buy tv time, footbal team sponsorship and hire cheerleaders.

We'll be right back after this commercial break sponsored by Tsmernov (sp_?).

Tuneful ditty : Hey, hey, hey, there's noone like Ted Bundy. Timothy McVeigh, such a regular guy! Fight the convictions today!"

No we don't. Not for month to month tenancies. Assured shorthold agreements are most common. Typically of 6 month duration initially but continuing under the same terms thereafter, with monies usually specified to be paid at the beginning of a month in advance. You seem not to realise I'm British, so we you won't get this sort of nonsense past me.

In any case, monthly rents were collected by Romanelli from the others for monthly payment to the agency.

Most business leaseholds are due on Quarter Days. December, March, June and Sept. circa 24th.

I note you have avoided answering my question.

Reputation is also a term used for people; an effort to attack someone's reputation unfairly is termed defamation.

DEFAMATION

An act of communication that causes someone to be shamed, ridiculed, held in contempt, lowered in the estimation of the community, or to lose employment status or earnings or otherwise suffer a damaged reputation. Such defamation is couched in 'defamatory language'. Libel and slander are defamation.

Your posts are remarkable for their lack of factual content. You should consult some reputable sources before you construct your posts if you wish your statements to achieve any credibility.

Tesla you need to pay attention. She is saying that Rudi wouldn't know about the rent so he wouldn't be burglarizing the place for the rent money.

People mention things like "damn the rent's due again on Monday" so it's not really a secret.

Rudi owes money to the Albanian drug gang and Koko drives him to the cottage to liberate the 1200 in cash laying around for the rent, Maybe a third guy is along that actually does the killing commando style. As a pro he leaves little behind and since the PLE discarded prints and DNA they couldn't match with their suspects no one would notice. Maybe it was his semen.

There was a woman on Perugia Shock that spoke a lot about the Albanian gangs and their influence in Perugia.

I do hope you're joking.

? Residential lettings are not business leases. Who are you trying to fool?

I did answer your question better than you realise. The rent for Amanda's flat was paid at the beginning of the month.

It 's a logical fallacy to assume Rudy was the perp who stole the money.

He was the only perp there. It's perfectly logical.

I remember your corker of a logical fallacy - the lamp was in the room therefore Amanda put it there and this is proof she was in the room. HAHAHA

So so silly. But of course there was a trial and they were found innocent. it was the prosecution that decided to try their case in the press. They were the ones who held a press conference saying "case closed". You have been a perfect example of their press campaign quoting Richard Owens and his unnamed sources.

PR firms usually issue press releases on behalf of their clients. Feel free to find any press releases that have any false information. I challenge you

You wont, because you can't.

A lease will often specify that the rent and/or service charges are payable on "the usual quarter days". The usual quarter days are: 25 March - Lady Day, 24 June - Midsummer Day, 29 September - Michaelmas, 25 December - Christmas.

You just lifted that verbatim from the Irwin Mitchell site - the first one that pops up on google when you search for quarter days! I like backing my hunches.

It 's a logical fallacy to assume Rudy was the perp who stole the money.

Guede's DNA was detected on Meredith's purse by the scientific police. There was no police report of any other non-Meredith DNA on the purse. Guede's DNA was detected in Meredith's vagina by the scientific police. Guede's palm print in Meredith's blood was detected in the murder room. Shoeprints consistent with his distinctive shoes were found in Meredith's blood in the cottage, including the murder room. His partial shoeprint was found in a putative semen stain on a pillow in the murder room. Guede admitted being in the cottage at the time of Meredith's murder.

What logical fallacy do you attribute to the assumption that Guede was the person who stole Meredith's cash? Can you explain your reasoning?
