It's just so predictable. Here is a stream: bigfoot's water supply. Here is a rock: bigfoot threw it. Here is a broken branch: bigfoot is marking his trail. Etc.

What I really don't understand is why 'footers don't follow Roger Patterson's original field research methodology: steal the money for booze and party girls.

There's real excitement in holding true to his ideals. I think he'd even overlook using your own money so long as the booze and party girls are there.

The blue indicates theoretical possibility but we need to focus on the known habituation sites in the yellow zones.

In Finding Bigfoot, Roger Patterson's research methodology was discussed by his brother-in-law and partner Al DeAtley.

What's so ironic about this is that the very kind of trip under consideration is what he was doing. A skeptic trip to Bangkok would be an absolutely faithful re-creation of what he was doing there.

It is not off topic - it is exactly on topic in a way these other pretend expeditions to Iowa or whatever cannot ever hope to be.
