This is something I´ve repeatedly observed when "critics" of Islam are active - disagree with them about anything, and ANY atrocity some demented islamist nutter commits has your full support as far as the "critic" is concerned.

That is the problem with ignorance. Muslims are alien and an enigma. So they become an anonymous THEM. Every muslim who do not distant them self from an atrocity supports it. If I do not agree with the islamophobes in this tread, I support stoning or death treats unless I specifically say I do not. And the ignorance is not likely to go away, since the islamophobes seems to only be interested in information that confirms their opinion. Everything else is ignored it seems.

Assuming that you're actually seeking an answer to your astonishingly stupid question and it's not intended to be some sort of rhetorical "gotcha" (because if it is, then it's even more astonishingly stupid), it would be because the Muslim extremists have a different interpretation of their religion than those Muslims who prefer to see their religion as a religion of peace and are decidedly unhappy with said extremists and their interpretation.
