I am a little puzzled as to why you would refer to legal proceedings as the presumption of innocence is the burden the accuser has to overcome to the judgement of a reasonable minded jury of your peers.

In other words you got stuck with the word "court" and didn't seek to understand the question at all. My analogy with the courtroom deal was to illustrate that the claim doesn't make the case. Your point is irrelevant to my question.

CAN you or can you NOT use someone's posting history as evidence for that person's beliefs, regardless of what they say ?

I have repeatedly asked you and your gang to provide evidence that I hate Muslims. You have repeatedly laughed off such requests to simply restate your original claim.

Also, it would be easiert to take you seriously if you addressed arguments rather than attacking people.

Chaos and his kind are simply unable to imagine that one can be critical of a religion without hating everyone in some way associated with it. A revolutionary thought, I know.

Chaos problably assumes that because he hates people over religious differences, everyone else must do so too.

Yeah, because no-one could ever infer from the fact that you characterize Islam as inherently violent and that you claim that non-violent Muslims are not following their religion that you could possibly hat Muslims and Islam.
