Late to the party, but this made my ****** day. If it weren't illegal for me to buy the shirt (and if it didn't result in further encouragement), I would totally wear it at TAM.

Well, a couple of US residents could purchase them and bring them to TAM for people who want to wear them

As for keynote...Edzard Ernst would be interesting.

He was very good at QEDCon today, though I think I'd want someone just a little more of a showman as the keynote speaker. He is a perhaps a little understated, especially for an American audience.

ETA: Though to be fair, he got in a couple of digs at Prince Charles, and talked about telling someone to "go yonder, and multiply".
