Would this gun ordinance pass constitutional muster?

I took a buncha 22 LR rounds to the gun store for disposal, not owning a .22 weapon any more, and can't sell the surplus ammo.
Couple guys there commented..."Wow! We're hoarding ammunition, and you're throwing it away!".
I wondered what they were hoarding ammo for?
Fighting the NWO/gummint to a standstill when the gummint is taken over?
Being closet mouth-breathers, I kinda expect they do think that.

Well, effectiveness; Gang-bangers would NEVER have a pink gun. Not EVER. So any you find with a non-pink gun you can arrest at once.

Sure they would. If you passed a law like this, they would carry pink guns and wave them around when the police drove by.

ETA: At any rate, I don't think you could make a reasonable case that this measure would be effective. I don't know about in the Chicago city limits, but nationwide, just over half of all gun deaths are suicides. So this idea that it's about good guys vs. bad guys is a poor depiction of the problem of gun violence anyway.

BTW, it's pretty entertaining going to a gun show as a registered Democrat. At the table where you fill out paperwork for ID check a young woman was asked if she had ever renounced her citizenship to the US. NO! she exclaimed emphatically, before adding "but I might with Obama".

I expect these bozos feel they could sense the Maverick missiles coming down from the Predators, as they fight off the gummint from their mountain fortresses up there in Pavement Narrow, Idaho, and disable the missile with a very carefully aimed shot, as the Taliban are so successful at in Afghanistan and Pakistan, with their AK-47s.
